In this role, you will
- Build, mentor, and lead the Meta UA team (2β5 people): set goals, prioritize tests, and conduct performance reviews
- Develop and execute Meta Ads strategy (Mobile + Web2App + App2App) for company products

Requirements/Hard Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or a similar role in software or infrastructure projects;
- Strong expertise in Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Linear);
- Demonstrated success managing projects involving cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure);
- Previous exposure to infrastructure, DevOps, or systems engineering teams;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical details into clear updates for leadership;
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a talent for prioritization and time management;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), modern infrastructure practices, Linux environments, and edge computing concepts (enough to converse effectively with the team);
Will be a plus:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience);
- Experience coordinating teams that work with hardware devices or embedded systems is a strong advantage;
- Comfortable working in environments with custom tooling or non-standard setups (e.g., custom Linux distributions, Raspberry Pi deployments);
- Experience maintaining comprehensive project documentation, roadmaps, and tracking dashboards for organizational visibility.
