SOLEAD Software is looking for a senior .NET software engineer to join our team to develop and maintain a set of deeply integrated software for information management industry. Our primary goal is to maintain and redesign existing software for latest technologies, along with design and development of new systems.

The existing software platform is data centric with replicated and geographically distributed MS SQL environment. Common business logic is enclosed in stored procedures, while application specific business logic is implemented in C#. Platform architecture includes a number of separate (micro-)services managed by Consul and used by various end-application. Interaction with end-users is done via web (ASP.NET MVC), desktop (WPF) and no-UI clients.

Currently, Solead team consists of seven professionals tightly collaborating with remote teams in Europe and USA. Agile development process assumes regular online communication via MS Teams, all-team teleconferences twice per week, daily code commits and periodic releases. All development process is based on GitLab environment with very high attention to code quality and documentation.

Project Overview 

The project involves creating an intelligent chatbot that enables users to query a complex knowledge base (intranet pages, posts, PDFs, etc.). The technical challenge is building a high-performance AI service within the existing .NET ecosystem. The solution must handle sophisticated multi-tenant access control, ensuring the AI generates answers strictly based on the user's dynamic access rights. 

Technical Approach 

• AI Service: Developed as a standalone microservice using .NET 8/9 and C#. 
• Integration: Seamless communication with the existing .NET/Angular platform via REST API. 
• AI Frameworks: Utilization of Microsoft Semantic Kernel or similar .NET-native AI orchestration tools.

Вимоги:

• Рівень English — B2-С1 (обов'язкове перевірка під час співбесіди)
• Можливість працювати в денні та нічні зміни (обов'язково)
• Вміння працювати з Google Docs
• Аналітичний склад розуму, інтерес до криптовалюти
• Бажання навчатись і розвиватись у сфері digital
• Комунікативні навички та почуття гумору

Обов'язки:

• Підтримка клієнтів у чаті, англомовна комунікація
• Навчання нових користувачів та допомога їм з проєктом
• Швидке та якісне надання відповідей користувачам
• Збір фідбеку від користувачів про проєкт і передача його команді
• Крос-комунікація з іншими відділами для розв'язання різноманітних проблем

Умови роботи:

• Графік позмінний, 2/2 або 3/3 (в середньому 18 робочих, 12 вихідних днів на місяць)
• Денні та нічні зміни по 8 годин 7.00−15.00, 15.00−23.00, 23.00−07.00
• Оплата день 4,6$/год, ніч 6,9$/год (в середньому за місяць 770$+ KPI система, що дозволяє отримувати бонус до ЗП)
• Стажування 1 - 2 тижня, оплата 2,5$/год
• Надаємо техніку для роботи (Apple)
• Гібридний формат роботи (обираєш офіс або ремоут самостійно)

• Робота з онлайн-платіжними системами: проведення, контроль та оптимізація платежів.

 • Впевнене володіння Microsoft Excel та Word.

 • Аналітичне мислення та відповідальність.

 • Досвід у крипто-індустрії буде перевагою, але не є обов’язковим.

 • Бажання розвиватися у сфері фінансів та digital/crypto.

Наш клієнт — Офіс підтримки ветеранської політики Міністерства у справах ветеранів в пошуці Product Owner.

Локація: Київ, офіс в центрі міста. Гібридний формат роботи. 

Обов'язки:
 

• Формувати та узгоджувати дорожню карту проєкту, визначати ключові напрями розвитку.
• Організовувати та проводити регулярні зустрічі із зацікавленими сторонами.
• Збирати, аналізувати та документувати вимоги до модернізації та розвитку цифрових сервісів.
• Організовувати взаємодію між командами експертів, розробників, дизайнерів, аналітиків, тестувальників та інших учасників проєкту.
• Координувати роботу підрядників, партнерів і державних установ, залучених до проєкту.
• Визначати ключові пріоритети, KPI та розподіляти завдання між командами відповідно до напряму роботи (технічний, нормативний, комунікаційний, адміністративний тощо).
• Забезпечувати ефективний таймменеджмент і контроль виконання завдань.
• Відстежувати всі етапи розроблення програмного забезпечення, забезпечувати відповідність графіку та бюджету.
• Готувати звіти щодо перебігу виконання проєкту
• Брати участь у підготовці та перевірці технічної документації.
• Координувати підготовку тендерної документації та технічних завдань для підрядників.
• Координувати процеси розроблення відповідно до методологій Scrum, Kanban, XP тощо.
• Використовувати сучасні інструменти управління проєктами (Confluence, Jira, Notion).
• Представляти проєкт на зустрічах, форумах та інших заходах.
• Контролювати якість продукту на всіх етапах розроблення та тестування.
• Координувати впровадження нових цифрових послуг та сервісів для ветеранів війни.
• Брати участь у створенні концепції екосистеми ветеранських сервісів та планів її впровадження.
   

Вимоги до кандидатів/-ок:
 

• Понад три роки досвіду управління проєктами з розроблення програмного забезпечення та досвід ведення проєктів схожої складності.
• Розуміння та навички управління проєктами з IT-розроблення за такими підходами Agile, як Scrum, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP тощо.
• Досвід розроблення електронних послуг для користувачів, знання таких технологій, як інтероперабельні рішення тощо.
• Знання проєктування, розроблення та впровадження програмного забезпечення, формулювання високорівневих технічних вимог до програмного продукту.
• Уміння структурувати елементи інформаційних систем і визначати технології та можливі програмні рішення.
• Досвід написання технічних завдань, вимог та специфікацій для IT-проєктів.
• Понад два роки досвіду роботи з Jira та Confluence.
• Досвід комунікування з державними органами (з’ясування вимог, проведення презентацій).
• Досвід реалізації та впровадження ІТ-проєктів.
• Розвинені організаційні вміння та уважність до деталей.
• Знання англійської мови буде перевагою.
