    We are actively seeking a dynamic Growth Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be developing new positioning strategies for subscription web funnels. You will work closely with our marketing team to gain insights into our audience, market dynamics, and engagement channels, allowing you to create targeted strategies for diverse user segments.

    You will collaborate with your direct manager (Lead Product Manager) and four Growth Product Managers, each overseeing their own area of responsibility. Every Product Manager is supported by a dedicated cross-functional team that includes a Frontend and Backend Developer, UX Writer, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, as well as specialists from the Marketing and Analytics teams.

    Your impact:

    • Work closely with marketing, design, and technical teams, ensuring a seamless product cycle. Gather team insights and align them with the overall company strategy;
    • Formulate, test, and validate numerous hypotheses to positively impact key metrics related to subscription monetization;
    • Take charge of product development budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence and delivering exceptional results;
    • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining short and long-term goals for Nebula;
    • Analyze competitors and market changes, communicating our bottlenecks in a timely manner;
    • Continuously seek additional business growth points to fortify Nebula's market dominance.
       

    About you:

    • At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar role (we’re open to candidates of all levels — Junior, Middle, or Senior).
    • Practical experience in generating ideas and working with monetization models;
    • Experience managing 3 or more projects simultaneously and strong multitasking skills (this is a nice-to-have for Junior-level candidates);
    • Practical experience with A/B testing;
    • Experience working with analytical data using platforms such as Amplitude/Heap/Mixpanel or GA4, as well as Tableau;
    • Understand product metrics and have practical experience in improving them through hypotheses;
    • Understand statistics, probability and statistical significance of events;
    • Flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions;
    • Knowledge about user acquisition, product marketing, and web development team dynamics.

    Nice-to-have:

    • Experience with subscriptions and content;
    • Experience with SQL, XML, JSON;
    • Experience with Jira & Confluence.

    Who we’re looking for

    An experienced Grant Manager with proven wins of €1M+ under European programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, Innovation Fund, CEF, LIFE, Interreg, Erasmus+, EU4Business, etc.). You will own the end-to-end cycle: from opportunity scouting and fit assessment to submission, award, contracting, and (optionally) post-award delivery.

    Responsibilities (end-to-end)

    1. Scouting & validation
      • Monitor EU portals (Funding & Tenders, CINEA, EASME, etc.), donor platforms, and National Contact Points.
      • Rapid fit check: eligibility, TRL/BRL, budget cap, co-funding, deadlines, key criteria.
      • Prioritize calls using a “chance/effort/impact” matrix.
    2. Consortium & partnerships
      • Source and onboard partners (universities, R&D, NGOs, SMEs/industry—metal, agro, energy, logistics, etc.).
      • Align roles and Work Packages (WPs), IP (Background/Foreground), Letters of Intent/Support.
    3. Proposal design
      • Build concept, Theory of Change/logframe, KPIs/Impact, Gender & Diversity, ESG, risk matrix.
      • Structure Work Plan: WPs, tasks, deliverables, milestones, Gantt, critical path.
      • Budgeting: personnel, subcontracting, equipment, travel, indirects/overheads, co-funding.
      • Compliance: ethics, GDPR, IP, export control, sanctions, KYC/AML, state aid.
      • Prepare full package: narrative, budget sheets, forms A/B/C, annexes, letters.
    4. Submission & donor communication
      • Complete and upload via Funding & Tenders (or relevant portals).
      • Handle clarifications, address evaluator comments, manage resubmissions.
    5. Pre-award & contracting
      • Lead GAP (Grant Agreement Preparation), finalize the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement (DESCA or modified), confirm budget and roles (coordinator/beneficiary).
    6. Post-award support (as needed)
      • PMO: kick-off, periodic/technical/financial reports, amendments, audits, donor-compliant procurement, risk & issue management, KPI/impact tracking.
    7. Funnel & data management
      • Maintain CRM/grant tracker, deadline calendar, partner/expert database.
      • Report on pipeline status, win rate, average ticket, preparation timelines.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years hands-on experience preparing and submitting EU grant proposals.
    • Proven successful cases of €1M+ (specify program, role, amount, year, link/project ID).
    • Deep understanding of evaluation criteria (Excellence / Impact / Implementation) and evaluator logic.
    • Experience with budgeting, consortium agreements, IP/ETHICS/GDPR.
    • Project management skills (WBS/WP, Gantt, risk matrices, change control).
    • Tools: Funding & Tenders Portal, Excel/Google Sheets (formulas/pivots), PowerPoint/Docs, and a PM system (Jira/Asana/Trello/Notion).
    • English B2/C1 (strong academic writing). Ukrainian/Russian — fluent.
    • High velocity and discipline: deliver on deadlines while running multiple proposals in parallel.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with USAID, KfW, EBRD, World Bank, Innovation Norway, etc.
    • Domain expertise in energy/renewables (PV/BESS), industry, logistics, agriculture, business recovery, digitalization, climate/ESG, biotech/medtech.
    • Experience as a consortium coordinator.

    KPIs & performance expectations

    • Complete proposals: 2–4 per month (depending on scope/complexity).
    • Portfolio win rate: target 20–30% (including resubmissions/tech fixes).
    • Average project ticket: €1–5M (mixed programs).
    • Preparation timelines: concept note 1–2 weeks; full proposal 4–8 weeks.
    • Quality metrics: complete, red-flag-free packages; criteria alignment; compelling Impact; competitive consortium.

    Terms:

    • Compensation: base + success fee (linked to awarded funding volume/role in consortium). Discussed individually.
    • Flexible schedule, remote; business trips for kick-off/consortium meetings as needed.
    • Access to call database, templates, expert network, and legal/finance support.

    What else matters:

    • Ethics & compliance: anti-corruption standards, conflict-of-interest checks, transparent budgeting, proper IP attribution.
    • Document control: KYC/AML, beneficiary registration docs, financial statements, state-aid declarations (if applicable), audit readiness.
    • Review process: internal QA checklists, peer review, language quality control (clarity/logic/metrics), final compliance scan pre-submission.
    • Risk management: contingency plans for co-funding gaps, partner changes, scope shifts; resubmission strategy.
    • Communications: facilitate consortium meetings, minutes, roadmaps, decision logs.
    • M&E/Impact: measurable KPIs (CO₂e reduction, jobs created, TRL growth, revenue uplift, etc.), data-collection methods, evidence base.
