Game Designer $$$$ Offline

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Game Designer with proven experience in designing live-casino games to join our growing team. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the iGaming/live-casino industry will be a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing live-dealer or interactive casino games
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles for games and interactive media
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and how to balance aesthetics with functionality
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing)
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly

Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize live-casino games (e.g., roulette, blackjack, baccarat) 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and motion designers to bring innovative ideas to life
• Create UI/UX flows, visual mockups, and style guides tailored for real-time, high-engagement environments
• Ensure designs meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal across multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Analyze player behavior and feedback to optimize game design and improve engagement/retention
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings 

 
Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion/animation for live streams
• Familiarity with 3D assets or environments for casino-style games
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS basics for better developer collaboration
