Objective

To drive qualified appointment bookings by activating and engaging warm contacts from pre-qualified LinkedIn networks and supporting future outreach initiatives.

 

Core Responsibilities

1. Warm Lead Activation

  • Access and operate inside LinkedIn Automation platform.
  • Navigate through existing LinkedIn connections from pre-approved contact lists.
  • Research and qualify each contact using provided criteria (ICP filters, intent signals, firmographic data).
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and Google to validate fit.

2. Personalized Outreach & Booking

  • Send messages via LinkedIn based on prospect segment (messages will be directed by Imran)
  • Use designated account owner’s name and booking link for appointment booking.
  • Apply pre-built outreach frameworks and scripts (trained on what’s already working).
  • Ensure all LinkedIn inboxes are monitored and follow-ups are logged.

3. Campaign Hygiene & Reporting

  • Maintain daily activity logs (using daily checklist, tracking Sheets - Feed to HS - no hubspot access).
  • Tag, label, and document contact status: Not Qualified, Engaged, Booked, Not Interested, etc.
  • Send end-of-day updates with activity summary, booked calls, and blockers.

 

Tools & Platforms Used

  • Hubspot (1-3 years' experience)
  • Meet Alfred – LinkedIn automation & inbox management
  • Google Sheets – For lead tracking & reporting - should feed into HubSpot via sheets
  • LinkedIn – Prospect research & messaging
  • Slack – For daily check-ins & support

 

Training & Support

  • SDR will receive:
    • Playbook & Scripts for each stage of outreach
    • Live walkthrough of how current meetings are being booked
    • Ongoing guidance from Imran 

 

Performance Expectation

  • Trial period: 2 weeks
  • Target: Minimum 5 booked meetings from warm leads
  • Success metric: Ability to consistently perform core tasks and demonstrate ownership
  • Opportunities to grow into cold outreach full-time SDR role

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience of working with Hubspot (1-3 years)
  • Outreach/SDR experience of 1-3 years with SaaS, tech, or insurance, health, FinTech and banking, legal/attorneys preferred
  • LinkedIn outreach and nurturing experience
  • Upper-Intermediate/B2 English across all 4 skills
