    About the Role:
     

    As an Influence Marketing Lead you will be in charge global influencer strategy, managing relationships with creators, agencies, and communities across multiple markets. This role is responsible for designing and executing influencer-driven campaigns that position as the ultimate "brain gym" and entertainment device, while driving awareness, engagement, and revenue. Influence Marketing Lead will establish scalable processes for influencer selection, collaboration, content approval, and performance measurement. They will also be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of influencer managers, coordinators, and analysts.

    Key Responsibilities:
     

    Strategy
     

    ● Define and execute global influencer marketing strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and emerging platforms

    We are looking for a UAV Tester - a test engineer who will be responsible for the full cycle of field tests for our products. This is a specialist who combines deep technical knowledge with practical hands-on skills in the field.

    Requirements/Hard Skills:
     

    • 1+ years of experience as a UAV tester or in related positions;
    • Diagnostics, soldering, and repair of low-voltage drone systems (5–24 V);
    • Full assembly of an FPV drone, connection, and configuration of all components (FC, ESC, RX, VTX, GPS, camera, buzzer) via UART;
    • Betaflight configuration, comprehensive drone setup "from scratch," optimization of PIDS/Filters/Rateprofile, and working with the CLI (dump, remapping);
    • Updating and flashing boards, working with the ExpressLRS radio communication system;
    • Using a multimeter and smoke stopper, safe launch, flight data analysis;
    • Ability to pilot a drone in difficult conditions, prevent failsafe, and return the drone without a video signal.

     

    Soft skills:
     

    • Problem-oriented thinking, the ability to quickly diagnose the causes of malfunctions and fix a "bad drone";
    • Attention to detail during soldering, assembly, and configuration of PIDS/filters;
    • Ability to act effectively in critical situations (e.g., returning the drone without video);
    • Ability to anticipate loss of control based on RSSI indicators and prevent failsafe.

     

    Additional mandatory conditions:
     

    • Category "B" driver's license for performing work tasks.

    • Leading and mentoring the team (developers and QAs) that builds platform integrations
    • Own all technical aspects of our Integrations, making sure they are built in alignment with our business goals and act as a point of contact for architecture and cross-functional initiatives 
    • Actively participate in the development of the Integration platform, contributing to the codebase by taking on a part of the initiatives directly
    • Understanding the broader context of the team, build business domain knowledge on how the services are used on production and help set the technical roadmap to ensure constant improvements in scalability, efficiency and security

    What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
    • 2+ years leading software engineering teams in a high paced environment
    • 7+ years of Java experience in development of high volume, high availability systems, ideally in a microservices based setup
    • Knowledge of cloud computing and experience working with GCP, AWS or Azure
    • Experience with both Relational DBs (MySQL is a plus) and NoSQL DBs
    • Possess a solid mixture of backend and frontend skills having working knowledge of Java, Typescript, Spring, Kubernetes, REST API, CI/CD (Gitlab CI / Jenkins)
    • A proper understanding of the skills required in working in a remote environment, leading and communicating with people spread across multiple countries
