We are currently expanding our horizons and looking for a driven Assistant Product Manager to launch and develop a brand-new business direction! This is a unique opportunity to kickstart or significantly accelerate your career in product management, building a large-scale project from scratch under the mentorship of an experienced PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in all stages of the product lifecycle — from ideation and brainstorming to release and metrics analysis.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify new growth opportunities for our business line.
• Gather, structure, and write clear product requirements and specifications (PRDs/PRs) for developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor task execution and facilitate effective cross-departmental communication.
• Monitor key product metrics, prepare performance reports, and form hypotheses to drive product improvements.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has a basic understanding of product metrics, software development methodologies (Scrum/Agile), and the IT product lifecycle.
• Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and structurally (both verbally and written in the form of technical tasks).
• Demonstrates high self-organization, proactivity, and an analytical mindset.

Would be a huge plus:

• Experience in the Gaming / GameDev industry.
• Experience in High-Risk domains (iGaming, Crypto, PSP, acquiring, etc.).

As a Project Manager you:

• Define product vision and strategy;
• Lead the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market;
• Generate, develop and curate new ideas;
• Define requirements for each feature;
• Manage from concept to design, sample making, testing, forecasting, cost, and promotion;
• Conduct product presentations to customers/investors/partners;
• Seek out new partners, negotiate.

What you will need:

• 5+ years of product management experience in IT;
• Fluent written and spoken English, including technical writing skills (at least Upper-Intermediate);
• Proven experience managing all aspects of successful product development;
• Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to prioritise and make good business decisions.
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to present complex ideas in a simple way.
