We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Product Manager who will own the CMS domain of the platform: configuration, targeting, personalization, and front-end enablement tools for operators.

    The role is focused on a data-driven approach, operator autonomy, and scalable configuration solutions.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the product vision and CMS roadmap in alignment with company OKRs;
    • Develop the configuration layer: targeting, personalization, campaign management;
    • Conduct discovery sessions and interviews with operators;
    • Collaborate closely with Design, Data, and Engineering teams;
    • Use AI tools (prompt-driven configurations, dynamic content tagging) for discovery and delivery;
    • Rapid prototyping (Figma, Make Lovable);
    • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements;
    • Work with REST API integrations between CMS, admin panels, and external systems;
    • Prioritize the backlog based on data impact and business value;
    • Define KPIs and run A/B tests together with the analytics team.


    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS / CMS / AdTech / iGaming);
    • Understanding of REST APIs and experience working with integrations;
    • Data-driven mindset, experience with experimentation and A/B testing;
    • Experience with front-end configurations, localization, or targeting;
    • Ability to work with metrics (conversion, engagement, performance);
    • Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Design, Ops);
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools / prompt engineering;
    • Understanding of player segmentation and personalization.


    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in B2B iGaming or multi-tenant platforms;
    • Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Metabase);
    • Data analysis skills (Python / R);
    • Understanding of CMS front-end architecture, caching, and CDN.
