Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma to Webflow)

We're Phunk Creative, a design and web agency based at Salts Mill in Saltaire, UK. We're a Webflow Professional Partner and we build sites for B2B SaaS, legal and professional services clients across the UK and US.

We're looking for a mid to senior UI/UX designer to join us on a long-term contract, working full-time hours with our team in the UK.

What you'll do

• Design website pages in Figma, built properly for handoff to Webflow development
• Work from briefs, wireframes and brand guidelines through to final high-fidelity design
• Build and maintain design systems: components, variables, typography and spacing scales
• Design responsive layouts across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints
• Work directly with our Webflow developers, answering questions during the build
• Take feedback from our design lead and from clients, and iterate quickly

What we need from you

• 3+ years designing websites and digital products
• Strong Figma skills. You must be confident with auto layout, components and variants, and variables. We will test this.
• You structure files so a developer can build from them without guessing
• You understand how web layouts actually work: grids, breakpoints, states, constraints
• A portfolio of live website work, or final figma files
• Upper-Intermediate English or better. You'll speak with our team daily.
• Reliable working setup, including a backup power and internet plan

Nice to have

• Hands-on Webflow experience, even basic
• Brand and identity design
• Motion and interaction design
• Experience working with UK or US clients

What we offer

• Long-term contract, full-time hours, fully remote
• Monthly payment in USD
• UK working hours, roughly 9am to 5:00pm
• Real client projects with proper budgets, we do not do template work
