Фахівець з управління основними даними (master data) відповідає за забезпечення точності, узгодженості та повноти основних даних підприємства. Взаємодіє з бізнес-користувачами, аналітиками даних, інженерами даних, власниками даних та іншими зацікавленими сторонами для розробки та впровадження інструментів управління основними даними. Відстежує відповідність стандартам якості основних даних та ініціює заходи щодо їх покращення.  

Основні обов’язки: 

• Забезпечувати узгодженість майстер-даних між різними системами та підрозділами компанії 
• Допомагати розробляти та впроваджувати процедури управління майстер-даними підприємства (MDM) 
• Координувати створення системи управління майстер-даними підприємства (MDM), чи створити та підтримувати таку систему самостійно 
• Співпрацювати з відділом ІТ інфраструктури щодо налаштування та вдосконалення MDM-системи 
• Брати участь у проектах міграції, консолідації та покращення управління майстер-даними 
• Навчати колег найкращим практикам управління майстер-даними та забезпечувати дотримання корпоративних стандартів 
• Забезпечувати відповідність корпоративним вимогам щодо обробки та збереження майстер-даних 
• Брати участь у проектах щодо покращення бізнес-процесів у компанії 

Вимоги до кандидата: 

• Досвід роботи у сфері управління основними даними, управління якістю даних або аналітики даних більше одного року 
• Розуміння основних концепцій MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality 
• Розуміння принципів керування даними відповідно до DMBoK 
• Досвід написання технічної та користувацької документації 
• Базовий рівень володіння SQL 
• Досвід роботи з MDM-платформами (Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, Microsoft MDS тощо) буде перевагою 
• Знання принципів інтеграції даних, ETL-процесів, управління референтними даними буде перевагою 
• Англійська рівня B1+

Project Description

As a Profile Developer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working with an American bank chartered in Texas. It has 155 branches and is one of the 60 largest banks in the US by total assets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain MUMPS code for FIS Profile core banking modules such as ATM, STF and other core banking functionalities.
• Use Profile Scripting Language (PSL), GT.M, and MySQL to develop solutions for banking modules and improve system performance.
• Automate day-to-day tasks using shell scripting in a Linux environment to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of core banking modules and perform system testing and validation.
• Leverage GitHub for version control and collaborate on source code management.
• Perform DBA activities in GT.M, including creating and maintaining stored procedures, indexes, triggers, and journals.

Responsibilities:

• Be the analytical partner to our Product stakeholders;
• Analyze and monitor the performance of apps, websites, ecommerce;
• Analyze and summarize results of A/B tests, launch of new features or products;
• Analyze behavioral data and derive insights on customer journeys and product issues;
• Proactively share insights and business recommendations with stakeholders and senior management;
• Work closely with the Data team, and contribute to the development of Data platform, ML models and AI solutions.
