About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our product development team and help build high-quality, cross-platform applications (mobile + web) that power our next-generation CRM Platform Ecosystem and customer-facing tools.

You will lead technical decisions on architecture, performance, and maintainability in Flutter apps, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers. If you love building elegant, performant UIs and architecting scalable app codebases — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead development of Flutter apps for iOS, Android, and Web using a shared codebase.
• Define and implement scalable architecture, navigation flows, and state management patterns (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc, Provider).
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features end-to-end.
• Optimize performance, ensure smooth animations, and reduce app load times.

Requirements

Must-Have
• 4+ years of mobile development experience, including 2+ years with Flutter.
• Proven experience shipping Flutter apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Deep understanding of Flutter SDK, Dart, and cross-platform design patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries (Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
• Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and handling data models cleanly.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Consultant to help us level up the infrastructure behind our CRM Platform Ecosystem. This is a part-time contract role focused on Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and monitoring & alerting improvements.

You’ll work directly with the CTO and backend teams to establish production-grade reliability, automation, and visibility standards for a fast-scaling, modular CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Refactor and implement Terraform-based infrastructure for AWS (or cloud provider of choice).
• Redesign and optimize our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI or other), improving speed, reliability, and rollback capabilities.
• Set up and fine-tune monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, etc.).
• Define and implement alerting systems based on SLOs/SLIs using best practices (e.g., on-call playbooks, alert routing).

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Middle GoLang Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of multiple backend systems, including a modular CRM platform, data processing services, and integration APIs.

You will work alongside senior developers, architects, and product managers to build and maintain clean, performant services using Go, while learning and applying best practices in clean architecture, API design, and cloud-native development.

You will contribute to the quality assurance of our Pharmaceutical CRM system—a comprehensive platform designed for managing healthcare professional relationships, tracking multichannel marketing activities, and staying compliant with pharmaceutical regulations. The project spans web and mobile applications, API integrations, and complex data management components, demanding rigorous testing on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases, with a focus on mobile application scenarios (Android/iOS)
• Conduct thorough manual testing of mobile and web platform features including functional, regression, usability, exploratory, and device compatibility testing
• Validate mobile UI/UX behavior, responsiveness, and performance under different network and device conditions
• Test and verify mobile and web applications, APIs, and their integrations across platforms
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to report bugs, suggest improvements, and validate fixes
• Ensure the CRM platform aligns with pharmaceutical compliance and mobile usability standards
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including bug reports and test coverage for mobile use cases
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and cross-functional team discussions
• Track and analyze mobile-related quality metrics to improve application performance and reliability
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of mobile data and integrations

Requirements
• 3+ years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years of mobile application testing
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and mobile-specific testing techniques
• Hands-on experience with testing CRM platforms or complex mobile/web applications
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile environments, including emulator/simulator usage
• Proficient in REST API testing using Postman and client-server architecture understanding
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and test case management tools
• Basic SQL knowledge for validating backend data
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and test documentation discipline
• Upper-intermediate English for mobile-specific documentation and communication

Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with mobile automation tools like Appium or Detox

Job Summary: 
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Sales Force Effectiveness / CRM Manager to lead initiatives that enhance the productivity, insight generation, and performance of our client-facing teams. This individual will play a critical role in aligning our CRM strategy with business objectives, managing field force analytics, and driving adoption of technology-enabled sales practices. This is a global role, covering multiple regions and markets across the company's footprint. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and execute the SFE strategy to support business growth and client success. 
• Lead CRM configuration and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with business workflows. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Client Success) to improve customer data quality, territory design, call planning, and performance monitoring. 
• Analyze field force KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership. 
• Manage data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Veeva Analytics). 
• Drive training and change management efforts to ensure field force engagement,  adoption of CRM tools and sales development. 

• Own the integrity of SFE-related data and collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to automate reporting. 

   

Requirements: 

• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or CRM management within healthcare, life sciences, or a B2B SaaS environment. 
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or IQVIA Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE). 
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, QlikSense, Excel or similar. 
• Proven track record of managing CRM deployments or field force optimization projects. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, due to the global nature of this role. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
