In this role, you will:

• Fine-tune LLMs
• Develop and fine-tune LLM-based agents for local task execution
• Design and build advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for improved information retrieval
• Lead general deep-learning training and experimental initiatives. Cooperate with and mentor students from top Ukrainian universities
• Apply classical NLP techniques (e.g., NER, POS tagging)
• Set up a testing framework to evaluate agent performance, measure key metrics, and identify optimization opportunities
• Supervise macOS Engineers to integrate models on device

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs
• Proven ability to train custom NLP models and fine-tune pre-trained LLMs
• Strong background in Transformer architectures and their applications
• Proficiency in classical ML tasks (classification, regression, clustering)
• Experience with Python and NLP/ML frameworks (PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK, SciPy)
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents (RAG, ReAct, Plan&Execute, multi-agent systems)
• Good expertise in creating competitive advantage through LLM fine-tuning and RAG optimization
• Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases)
• Experience implementing metrics frameworks that align AI performance with business outcomes

In this role, you will:

• Define product SEO strategy, create and execute the marketing SEO plans, validated with PM/PMM
• Develop bottom-up forecasts and budgets for SEO needs, agree with the PMM, and manage budget execution following the product/marketing goals
• Design reporting environment and structure to capture the current state of SEO activities and their effectiveness, create tools/scripts to automate ongoing operational analytics and ensure its timely delivery, based on analysis, identify reporting gaps and form requests to Data Science services to cover it
• Define and execute on-page SEO activities
• Manage off-page optimization activities such as developing and implementing a link-building strategy, auditing it, and adjusting if needed to gain trust from search engines and reporting on performance
• Define technical SEO activities
• Perform competitor research and competitive analysis to gain content and improvement insights for our website; adapt strategies accordingly
• Conduct keyword research using various tools; perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization; improve existing and generate new keyword ideas to improve search results

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Extensive experience in successfully developing and executing SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Proficient in keyword strategy and content marketing
• Strong technical SEO skills
• Experience in optimizing sites for English-speaking regions
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools

We seek an experienced Indirect Tax Specialist to strengthen our Accounting Team`s international accounting expertise.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of VAT, GST, sales tax, and other indirect taxes across all jurisdictions where the company may have indirect tax liabilities.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and reports in compliance with local and international regulations across all jurisdictions where the company may have indirect tax liabilities.
• Communicate with tax authorities and external tax service providers regarding filings and clarifications.
• Optimize tax costs for the company and its sellers while complying with regulatory changes.
• Assess the impact of tax law changes on company operations.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks related to transactions, seller-buyer interactions, and international operations. 
• Optimize internal tax accounting and reporting processes to reduce risks and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with economic nexus rules governing VAT/GST obligations in cross-border trade.
• Supervise regulatory inspections in relation to indirect tax issues.
• Respond to tax authority inquiries and audits. Defend the company’s tax position in disputes.
• Advise Finance, Legal, Product, and Business teams on tax obligations for the company and sellers.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and audit firms.
• Maintain communication with tax authorities in different countries.
• Implement and configure tax solutions (e.g., Taxually) for automated indirect tax calculations.
• Ensure the accuracy of tax settings in marketplace payment systems.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of experience in indirect tax management (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) across the EU, US, and Cyprus.
• Strong knowledge of EU and US indirect tax regulations, VAT/GST filings, and tax audits.
• Experience with ERP tax modules and tax compliance software (Taxually, Avalara, Vertex, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel, data reconciliation, and identifying tax risks.
• Understanding of indirect tax implications for e-commerce, SaaS, and digital services.
• Workflow optimization experience - setting up efficient tax processes between payment providers, merchants of record, and tax service providers.
• Stakeholder management, effective collaboration with finance, legal, IT teams, external auditors, and tax authorities.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Nice-to-have skills

• US sales tax nexus knowledge – understanding economic nexus rules and marketplace facilitator laws.
• Experience in fast-growing industries – knowledge of tech, fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS tax challenges.
• ACCA, CTA, CPA, or an indirect tax specialization (e.i. ADIT - could be in progress).

We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join the Customer Relations team. In this role, you’ll help our customers from CleanMyMac Business.

The team has weekly sync-ups to synchronize, discuss new ideas and difficulties, or share experiences. For day-to-day operations and team collaboration, the team uses Slack, mail, Jira/Confluence, Zoom, etc. The team also uses Zendesk, Intercom, and other tools that help provide great service for MacPaw’s users. 

In this role, you will:

Provide generous and prompt responses to customer inquiries

Manage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 complex technical cases

Create technical documentation and write workflow descriptions and response templates

Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Analyze customer feedback and propose improvements, leveraging your strong technical background and comprehensive understanding of applications and services

Skills you’ll need to bring:

A degree in Computer Engineering/ courses or proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
