About the Position:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can help transform large volumes of performance data into a clear picture of ROI and business growth. You will work as part of the affiliate marketing team, supporting both marketing and product analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics: LTV, ROMI, RAOS, Retention, Rolling Retention, Payback Time
• Conduct cohort analysis of traffic sources, user behavior, and value dynamics
• Analyze campaign performance by source, geo, affiliates, and creatives
• Create automated reports for affiliate, product, and finance teams
• Develop predictive ROI models based on historical data

• Support decision-making: justify affiliate payouts and provide budget recommendations

   

What We Expect from You:

• Experience with Power BI (publishing, DAX, drill-downs, KPI visualizations)
• Understanding of LTV models (recursive, cohort-based, predictive), ROMI, and retention metrics
• Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate findings
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, affiliate, or mobile marketing is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
