Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support analytics across user acquisition and marketing performance.

About you:

• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar).
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI/ROMI, payback.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (transaction-level, event-level).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker Studio).
• Ability to work with attribution data and marketing sources (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

What you’ll do:

• Analyze marketing performance across different channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Work with core datasets (spend, revenue, LTV, attribution).
• Transform marketing data into clear, actionable decisions for scaling.
• Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics.
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate data-driven improvements.
• Work with LTV forecasts, payback periods, and scaling scenarios.

Nice to have:

• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Experience with payment data (Stripe, PayPal, refunds, chargebacks).
• Python skills.
• Familiarity with ML models and data science.
• Experience with Amplitude, AppsFlyer.

About the role: In this role, you will turn numbers into insights, ensuring our marketing stays sharp and effective. From analysing campaign efficiency to connecting marketing and product analytics, you’ll spot growth opportunities and track performance with precision. Your work will directly influence data-driven decisions, keeping our marketing activities stable, scalable, and impactful. With strong results, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow in seniority and potentially lead the department in the future.

In this role, you will

• Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, creatives
• Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness (CAC, ROI, LTV, attribution).
• Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
• Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.

It’s all about you

• Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify anomalies or performance issues, and communicate actionable insights to managers for decision-making.
• Strong SQL
• Strong problem identification skills with critical thinking and a clear understanding of cause-and-effect relationships.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, retention) and attribution models (last-click, multi-touch)
• Good communication skills to translate complex findings into business recommendations

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with Python and basic understanding of ML
• Usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, etc) on a daily basis

Шукаємо Data Analyst в команду Business Intelligence для реалізації стратегічних проектів: міграції звітності на платформу Power BI та розвитку аналітичної культури в компанії. Робота над розробкою дашбордів, аналітичною підтримкою бізнес-підрозділів та впровадженням Data Driven підходу в компанії.

Що для нас важливо:

• Досвід: 2–3 роки роботи Data Analyst;
• Power BI: розробка дашбордів та звітів, знання DAX, Power Query M, базові навички моделювання даних;
• Excel: впевнене володіння Power Query, Power Pivot, створення аналітичних моделей;
• Просунуте знання SQL: складні запити з віконними функціями, CTE, оптимізація запитів, досвід роботи з PostgreSQL або MS SQL;
• Аналітичні навички: досвід обробки ad-hoc запитів, підготовки звітів та презентацій для менеджменту.

• Розробка інтерактивних дашбордів та звітів у Power BI для різних підрозділів (маркетинг, продажі, логістика, продукт);
• Проведення продуктового аналізу для пошуку точок зростання та оптимізації бізнес-рішень;
• Написання SQL-запитів для витягу даних з корпоративних баз даних (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MS SQL);
• Обробка ad-hoc запитів від бізнес-підрозділів, підготовка аналітичних звітів;
• Розробка аналітичних моделей у Excel для поглибленого аналізу даних;
• Консультування стейкхолдерів щодо інтерпретації даних та прийняття рішень на основі аналітики.

• Знання Python для аналітики (pandas, numpy);
• Досвід роботи з віконними функціями SQL, CTE, оптимізацією запитів;
• Практичний досвід у продуктовій аналітиці в технологічних або e-commerce компаніях.
