    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in direct response or affiliate marketing.
    • Experience managing and developing creative teams, including video editors.
    • Deep familiarity with ad spy tools, trend analysis, and creative research.
    • Portfolio of video ad concepts that have scaled profitable campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of what makes a scroll-stopping hook, a sticky story, and a killer CTA.
    • Experience briefing and working with video editors, UGC creators, and graphic designers.
