📈Your Responsibilities: 
Lead the frontend development team: plan sprints, distribute tasks, track delivery and quality  

Drive architectural decisions for the frontend layer, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability  

Own and enforce code quality standards through systematic code reviews and automated quality gates (SonarQube)  

Collaborate closely with UX, Product Owners, Backend leads and stakeholders to shape technical solutions  

Define and evolve frontend guild standards: coding style, component architecture, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines  

Mentor and grow Mid/Junior frontend developers through 1:1s, technical guidance and constructive feedback  

Participate in hiring: conduct technical interviews and evaluate frontend candidates  

Identify and proactively address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns

🪄Your Experience & Skills: 
 2+ years of experience developing web applications, with at least 1–2 years in a tech lead or lead developer role  

Deep expertise in Angular, RxJs, TypeScript and modern JavaScript ecosystem  

Proven experience designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures  

Strong understanding of performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility and adaptive/responsive design  

Proficiency with SCSS/SASS and design system collaboration via Figma Solid experience with the full SDLC toolchain: Git, Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence  

Strong communication skills — ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders  

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code quality tooling (SonarQube or similar)

We are looking for a proactive and responsible QA specialist with experience in a QA Lead role, proven success in product releases, strong hands-on skills in both manual and automated testing, the ability to build and optimize testing processes, and effectively lead a small QA team.

📈Your Responsibilities:

QA Process & Strategy

🔹Own and continuously improve the overall QA process across the product.
🔹Define and maintain testing standards, best practices, and documentation.
🔹Build and optimize testing processes for both manual and automated testing.
🔹Ensure quality gates are integrated into development and release cycles.

Leadership & Team Development

🔹Act as a QA Lead for the team, offering guidance and mentorship.
🔹Inspire and coach QA engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
🔹Drive QA roadmaps, from planning and prioritization to successful delivery.
🔹Partner with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product) to align testing strategy with business and product goals.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

🔹Shape the long-term vision for QA across the product.
🔹Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance QA efficiency and coverage.
🔹Monitor and report on quality metrics, identify risks and drive improvements.

🪄Your Experience & Skills:

🔹Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
🔹Deep understanding of testing techniques and methodologies, including performance and regression testing.
🔹Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
🔹Experience in setting up QA processes from scratch.
🔹Solid understanding of test design patterns and test management.
🔹Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
🔹Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
🔹Proven experience managing or mentoring engineers in a QA environment.
🔹Experience working with AI agents.
