About the roleWe are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of a mobile application. In this role, you will validate mobile app functionality across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable App Store / Google Play releases. Youβll work closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders, contributing to high-quality mobile solutions from early feature discussions to production release.
What youβll be doing
- Analyze requirements and designs from a mobile QA perspective
- Create and maintain checklists, test cases, and test reports
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing
- Test applications on real devices and emulators/simulators
- Validate OS version compatibility and device fragmentation scenarios
- Test push notifications, deep links, permissions, and app lifecycle behavior
- Verify background/foreground transitions, interruptions, and offline mode
- Perform network condition testing (Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G, unstable connections)
- Validate app installation, updates, and store release builds
- Analyze crash logs and mobile analytics (Firebase, App Center, etc.)
- Review logs using Xcode and/or Android Studio
- Conduct basic performance testing (memory usage, battery impact)
- Participate in sprint planning, release planning, and feature discussions
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to clarify expected behavior
What youβll need
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application testing (iOS and/or Android)
- Experience testing native or cross-platform mobile applications
- Hands-on experience with real devices and simulators/emulators
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and client-server interaction
- Experience with REST API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Experience with Charles Proxy, Proxyman, or similar network tools
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to analyze logs in Xcode and/or Android Studio
- Understanding of mobile UX guidelines (Material Design / Apple HIG)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities:- Ensure continuous operation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and network infrastructure;
- Participate in design and implementation of: AI video analytics solutions (e.g. BriefCam), PSIM platforms (e.g. IMMIX), integrations with InCoreSoft;
- Develop and maintain: response scenarios, risk-based logic;
- Provide technical support for the SOC;
- Quality control of external system integrators;
- Configure and support Mikrotik routers and VPNs for secure remote site connectivity;
- Manage server infrastructure and video storage systems, including monitoring and backups;
- Administer Active Directory for the security team and manage user access across systems;
- Monitor network performance 24/7 and respond to technical issues or security incidents;
- Participate in the planning, deployment, and testing of security systems at local and remote sites;
- Maintain equipment inventory and configure Ajax alarm systems as part of integrated security solutions.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience as a system or network administrator in security or technical infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with CCTV / VMS platforms (specific vendors are not mandatory);
- Solid understanding of SOC / PSIM logic, including: incidents, escalations, operator roles;
- Practical experience with, or strong understanding of, PSIM platforms (IMMIX experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory);
- Practical experience or strong understanding of: video analytics, behavior detection, object tracking;
- Clear understanding of AI as an assistive tool, not an autonomous βautopilotβ system;
