Full-Stack Developer (AI-First)

We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to join LITSLINK, a subsidiary of WOW-HOW Studio, and work on a variety of client and internal products.
 

This role is a great fit for an engineer who enjoys working across the full development cycle, quickly adapting to new domains and technologies, and actively using modern AI tools to accelerate software development.

Our engineers work on a wide range of products — from early-stage prototypes and MVPs to production-ready systems — using modern technologies and an AI-first approach to software development.
 

What you will do

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from technical discovery and estimation to implementation and delivery.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions.
• Participate in technical discussions and project estimations.
• Work on client products across different domains and technical environments.
• Contribute to internal LITSLINK products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, designers, QA and other team members.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of your engineering workflow.
• Rapidly prototype, validate and implement technical solutions.

Tech stack

Our primary stack includes React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.

We are also open to strong Full-Stack Engineers with experience in other modern technologies.

AI-first development

AI-assisted development is an integral part of our engineering workflow — not just an occasional tool for searching or generating snippets.

We expect engineers to actively use AI tools for:

• implementation and feature development;
• prototyping and experimentation;
• refactoring and improving existing code;
• debugging and troubleshooting;
• technical research;
• repetitive engineering tasks.
   

We work with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and other AI coding assistants/agents.

A strong understanding of how to effectively use AI to accelerate development while maintaining code quality is a significant advantage.

What we are looking for

• Strong commercial software development experience.
• Solid Full-Stack background.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
• Experience with React and Node.js or a comparable modern stack.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Ability to understand a product or technical problem and independently propose a solution.
• Good understanding of architecture, APIs, databases and integrations.
• Ability to estimate technical tasks and evaluate different approaches.
• Experience with modern AI development tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work outside a narrow technology stack.
• Product-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ownership and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• English sufficient for technical communication and working with international teams.

Will be a plus

• Experience in outsourcing, consulting or product development.
• Experience with technical discovery or presales.
• Experience working on several products or in different domains.
• Cloud and deployment experience.
• Mentoring or knowledge-sharing experience.
• Broad technical background beyond one primary stack.
