    What you will do
    You will own paid search and paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to reporting. Your job is to generate qualified leads, reduce cost per qualified lead over time, and improve conversion rates through better targeting, creative, landing pages, and tracking.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and more.
    • Own keyword research, account structure, match types, negatives, bidding strategy, ad copy, and extensions

    • Hands-on experience managing PPC for lead generation, B2B services for the US/Canadian market.
    • Strong skills in Google Ads account architecture, optimization, and troubleshooting
    • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution basics
    • Comfort working with a CRM and lead lifecycle stages, and using that data to optimize campaigns
    • Ability to write clear ad copy and propose landing page improvements that increase conversion rates
    • You can communicate clearly, move fast, and take ownership without needing daily direction

    • Experience marketing software development, SaaS, or technical services

    We are looking for a Recruitment Project Manager who will act as a bridge between clients and our sourcing team.

    This is not a cold-sourcing role.
    This is a coordination, quality control, and delivery ownership position.

    You will own the recruitment process from vacancy intake to candidate submission.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Break down client vacancies into detailed technical and business requirements
    • Prepare clear sourcing briefs for recruiters
    • Coordinate and control sourcers
    • Review CVs and assess technical relevance
    • Conduct structured candidate interviews(if needed)
    • Validate motivation, communication, and expectations
    • Prepare structured candidate summaries
    • Communicate directly with clients
    • Participate in client calls and clarify hiring needs
    • Maintain process transparency and pipeline control
