    • Ensure database performance, consistency, and security
    • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring stability and scalability

    Requirements
     

    • Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework
    • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
    • Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and query optimization

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies tailored for online casino players

    • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
    • Monitor, analyze, and improve retention funnels and player engagement metrics.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to create personalized offers and promotions.
    • Track and optimize KPIs such as Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Churn Rate, ARPPU, LTV.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming.
