- Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends and emerging tools relevant to the Japanese market.
β What Weβre Looking For
- Native-level Japanese (written and spoken) β this is a strict requirement.
- English fluency for communication with the internal team.
- 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the iGaming or gaming sector.
- Strong understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
- Confident with Google Sheets and performance analysis.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work remotely.
- High cultural awareness and respect for Japanese market standards.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking

About the Role
You will be the sole owner of our affiliate operations, responsible for both expanding and optimizing our affiliate network. Your time will be split between prospecting and outreach (engaging and onboarding) and data analysis (monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving growth through data-backed decisions).

What Weβre Looking For
- 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, influencer outreach, or growth operations (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong analytical mindset β advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs
- Proven experience managing outreach and communication flows via email and automation tools
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. FirstPromoter, PartnerStack, Reditus, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM/prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Familiarity with FirstPromoter and Reditus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and self-manage
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Bonus: Experience working with affiliate influencers, SaaS founders, or content creators

The Affiliate Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our affiliate marketing program by building, nurturing, and optimizing relationships with our affiliate partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape, particularly within the gambling industry, to ensure our partnerships are profitable, compliant, and aligned with our business goals.
This position is located in our Kyiv or Sofia (Bulgaria) office. We offer relocation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring collaborations support and enhance our company objectives.
- Design and execute innovative strategies to enhance the performance of our affiliate program, focusing on key areas such as acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new high-potential affiliates that align with our brand values and effectively reach our target audience.
- Lead negotiations with affiliate partners to secure favorable terms, ensuring all agreements are beneficial and aligned with company policies.
- Ensure all affiliate activities and communications strictly adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.
- Work closely with internal marketing, finance, and product development teams to integrate affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the gambling industry.
- Deep understanding of the online gambling landscape, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliate partners.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
