Support Manager (dating niche) - eng, ru, ukr to $1500

For nearly ten years in the market, our CPA Network has successfully monetized dating traffic through Smartlink technology. We're looking for a Support Manager specializing in the dating vertical to join our team, offering freedom to make decisions

The main focus of this role includes

Recruiting and оnboarding new affiliates from your database: searching for new publishers, establishing relationships, setting up account matters, and further monitoring performance. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and expand new affiliates
• Fulfill monthly personal KPIs
• Regularly review affiliate performances 
• Development of long-term partnership relations with partners 
• Collaborate with the Performance team to achieve better results for your publisher`s portfolio
• Monitor incoming optimizations from advertisers
• Fraud prevention by checking fraud 
• Payment process reporting and controlling through collaboration with the finance team 

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Strong negotiation as well as written and verbal communication ru, eng, ukr languages (please all of them are important. Big part of internal communications runs ukr/ru)
• Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability

• Planning and organizational skills
