As an Automation QA Engineer in the Payment team, you’ll be part of the professional team to develop complex distributed systems in high-load environments that provide multiple solutions to various consumers utilizing the modern toolset and microservice architecture.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, development, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks
• Participant in design new automation solutions
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient and reliable software delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend components
• Ensure test scripts are adaptable to changing application features and maintain high test coverage
• Analysis of automated test results, promptly identifying and reporting deviations or issues
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to prioritize and resolve identified defects
• Actively participate in the daily activities of feature teams, providing valuable insights into the software development process
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of test cases, procedures, and automation frameworks

• Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote a culture of continuous learning

   

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in software testing, and at least 3 years in test automation in Java
• OOP knowledge
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver
• REST API knowledge
• CI jobs/pipelines configuration (Jenkins)
• Windows CMD knowledge
• Excellent knowledge in Git
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Experience with Postman or any of API testing tools
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Working with different customers’ third-party integrations
• Developing new features
• Participating in refactoring of existing functionality
• Taking an active part in improvements and optimizations of the systems
• Resolving technical problems
• Being a part of a cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibility for end result
  
  REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years experience in PHP
• Experience with Symfony framework
• Understanding SOLID and OOP principles
• Experience with MySQL or any other relational database
• Good written and spoken English
   

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis etc)
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Kubernetes — setting up configuration files

• Taking an active part in product development from scratch (hands-on functionality development ~50% of the time) and developing functional documentation
• Leading a development team
• Ensuring the highest standards of the team’s performance are reachable
• Planning, prioritizing, estimating, and executing tasks
• Collaborating with business leads across the company to define milestones and deliveries for new functionality to be added to the product
• Taking part in team extension (interviewing, providing feedback, participating in interview post-briefs)

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of commercial development experience using Java-related technologies
• 5+ years of working experience with API development
• Experience in managing development teams
• Ability to work independently with defined problems on a middle-senior level in certain areas of technical or business expertise
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level

YOUR ROLE

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to establish a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s mission and objectives
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for designated sports-related products
• Producing, analyzing, refining, and documenting business requirements and user stories to ensure the team is equipped with a sufficient number of well-prepared stories

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the product backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
• Developing short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring internal alignment and visibility across IT and business teams
• Leading business review sessions and user acceptance testing sessions alongside other Product Owners to guarantee that product design meets requirements, thereby minimizing rework and expediting delivery
• Collaborating with Scrum Masters to facilitate successful release planning, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensuring thorough documentation of product functionality
• Establishing effective communication and training strategies for released sports features
• Proactively addressing business satisfaction issues
• Staying updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging trends

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience as a Sports Product Owner, with a proven track record of writing user stories and epics and guiding development processes through user story acceptance
• 3-5 years of expertise in product management within the sports industry or a related field
• Proficiency in Agile processes and principles, backlog management techniques (such as story slicing and story mapping), and metrics (including burn down metrics, velocity, lead time, and cycle time)
• Demonstrable proficiency in Project Management fundamentals
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA Agile, Aha or equivalent, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Upper-Intermediate English level, along with strong presentation and leadership abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and adeptness in coordinating meetings
• Analytical and synthesizing abilities
• Ability to draft clear and well-structured documents
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
