Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться: 
• від 2-х років досвіду роботи в агенціях або управління клієнтськими проєктами
• розуміння структури та логіки роботи з digital-рекламою, медіаплануванням, ООН

Функціональні обов’язки:

About the Role

• Формування стратегічних висновків:
- підготовка обґрунтованих висновків та рекомендацій для покращення сервісу
- участь у формуванні рішень щодо адаптації процесів під нові реалії ринку
- внесення пропозицій щодо розвитку продукту, сервісу та клієнтського досвіду
- робота на перетині operations, product, analytics.

• Оптимізація та автоматизація:
- виявлення можливостей для зменшення операційних витрат, підвищення ефективності команди та автоматизації повторюваних процесів

• Місяць 1 — Занурення та розуміння системи

Основна ціль: Швидко зрозуміти бізнес, клієнтів і процеси Corporate Rides end-to-end.

Очікувані результати

Повне розуміння:

1) продукту Corporate Rides

2) клієнтського шляху (end-to-end)

3) ключових процесів роботи з діючими клієнтами

4) Самостійне ведення частини клієнтів під менторством

5) Розуміння ключових метрик, SLA, pain points

Конкретні результати (deliverables):

1) опис поточних процесів роботи з корпоративними клієнтами (as-is)

2) сформований список основних проблем / вузьких місць, зафіксованих під час роботи

• Місяць 2 — Самостійна робота та аналітика

Основна ціль: Перейти від спостереження до самостійного управління кейсами та аналізу.

Очікувані результати: 

1) Самостійне ведення закріпленого пулу корпоративних клієнтів

2) Обробка складних і нестандартних запитів 

3) Проведення першого глибокого аналізу одного з процесів.

Конкретні результати (deliverables):

5) Аналітичний огляд одного процесу (наприклад: запізнення, скасування, SLA)

6) Чіткі висновки та 2–3 пропозиції щодо покращення

7) Узгоджений план дій (quick wins + mid-term)

Критерій успіху:Кандидат не лише фіксує проблеми, а пропонує реалістичні рішення з урахуванням обмежень.

• Місяць 3 — Вплив і перші покращення

Основна ціль: Почати впливати на систему, а не лише працювати в ній.

Очікувані результати: 

1) Ініційовано та запущено мінімум 1–2 покращення процесів

2) Покращення одного з показників:

 - SLA

- час обробки

- кількість повторних звернень

 - якість клієнтського досвіду

3) Стабільна, прогнозована робота з клієнтами

1) Реалізований або запущений change (процесний / операційний)

2) Фіксація результатів (до / після)

Для досягнення результатів, тобі знадобляться:

•  3+ роки досвіду з корпоративними клієнтами (B2B, Key Accounts)
•  вміння вести складну комунікацію з клієнтами та вирішувати нестандартні запити

•  навички аналізу операційних процесів та виявлення вузьких місць

•  вміння працювати з даними: аналіз показників, підготовка висновків та рекомендацій

•  досвід участі в оптимізації та/або автоматизації процесів

•  розуміння сервісних та бізнес-метрик
