    We’re now looking for a Visibility & Content Strategy Lead

    The Visibility & Content Strategy Lead  will serve as the bridge between technical excellence and brand storytelling. This role involves transforming complex technical information and project insights into compelling, structured narratives that elevate the company’s brand presence.

    You will audit existing materials, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and craft engaging content — including use cases, business cases, website copy, and thought leadership articles — that highlight the company’s expertise and market positioning.

    The ideal candidate has a background in IT services or consulting, with a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and strategic communication. A solid understanding of UI/UX principles is important to ensure that content not only informs but also resonates and flows intuitively across digital platforms.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and audit existing case studies, client projects, and success stories to identify PR and content development opportunities.
    • Develop clear, structured, and reusable materials such as use cases, articles, business cases, and website content for both technical and business audiences.
    • Partner closely with leadership, engineering, and design teams to gather insights and translate them into coherent, impactful narratives aligned with the company’s value proposition.
    • Ensure all materials are technically accurate, data-driven, and relevant to market trends and target audiences.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate content seamlessly into digital platforms, enhancing user engagement and message clarity.
    • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all communication channels, such as  website, social media, internal materials, and presentations.
    • Contribute to developing an integrated communication strategy supporting marketing, recruitment, and brand visibility goals.
    • Participate in editorial planning and ensure alignment between content priorities and business objectives.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 4–7 years of experience in content writing, PR, or communications within IT, data, or software development sectors.
    • Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful messaging.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (C1+ level). Spanish or Polish proficiency is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with leadership, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Creative and proactive mindset — comfortable challenging assumptions, proposing ideas, and shaping narratives.
    • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and website content architecture.
    • Analytical approach with the ability to support content through data, insights, and research.
    • Self-starter attitude with strong organizational and delivery skills.


    Preferred:

    • Experience with corporate PR, technical journalism, or employer branding in IT or consulting.
    • Background in linguistics, journalism, communications, or computer science.
    • Knowledge of content architecture and how personas interact with web content.
    • Portfolio demonstrating previous work: articles, case studies, or branded content.

    • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Customer.io and Smartico (email, push, SMS).
    • Create and maintain automated workflows to nurture users.
    • Segment users by behavior, engagement, or campaign triggers.
    • Support bonus promotions — validate conditions, prepare offers, and communications.
    • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft messages and campaign content.
    • Coordinate posts and announcements across Telegram, Instagram, and other channels.
    • Track performance and generate reports in Google Sheets and internal dashboards.

       

    🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Manage tasks in ClickUp and Jira — track CRM/retention projects end-to-end.
    • Collect requirements from Marketing, Product, VIP, and Support teams.
    • Participate in planning meetings for campaigns and promotions.
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials from designers and copywriters.
