    What You Will Be Doing

    • Searching for, attracting, and onboarding new affiliate partners in LATAM.
    • Developing and managing an active partner base (goal: +30–50 active partners in the first 3 months).
    • Monitoring traffic quality, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
    • Keeping track of market trends and competitors to expand acquisition channels.
    • Analyzing campaign efficiency and suggesting improvements.
       

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • 1+ year of proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming/Betting.
    • Own or active partner base in LATAM (must-have).
    • Negotiation experience in Spanish.
    • English proficiency at B2 level.
    • Understanding of LATAM market specifics.
    •  Responsible, result-oriented, with knowledge of ROI and partner payout mechanics.
