    We are looking for a product-focused web designer to join the IT department team — someone who understands development, knows how to work with design systems, prototypes, and interface animations, and will be a full-fledged part of the IT team rather than marketing.

    The main responsibility is designing product interfaces in close collaboration with developers, with a focus on usability, scalability, and straightforward implementation. Readiness to quickly make changes to layouts is required.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Design product interfaces (web application, mobile application, CRM).
    • Propose improvements to existing design solutions.
    • System design: develop, implement, and maintain a design system (UI Kit) in Figma, including components, tokens (colours, typography, spacing, shadows), and clear rules for their usage.
    • Keeping designs up to date: continuously synchronise Figma designs with the implemented product functionality. The designer is responsible for ensuring developers always work with up-to-date and detailed layouts.
    • Dark/light theme: design and implement full support for both themes at the design system level.
    • Create interfaces that are user-friendly, clear, and scalable.
    • Design intuitive interfaces for complex functional product blocks, considering all element states (including errors, loading states, and empty states).
    • Technical feasibility: create animations and micro-interactions that improve UX without complicating development. Willingness to discuss and simplify solutions based on technical constraints.

    Requirements and Responsibilities1. Product Design:

    • Experience with product UI (including mobile applications).
    • Experience designing interfaces for web applications or SaaS products.
    • Ability to design complex interfaces considering all component states.
    • Development of user flows and edge cases.
    • Focus on usability and clarity without excessive visual effects.

    2. Collaboration with Developers:

    • Constant interaction with the development team.
    • Discussion of solutions before development starts and during implementation.

      • tokens (colours, typography, spacing);
      • states (hover / active/disabled / loading).
    • Experience with a component-based approach.
    • Understanding how a design system speeds up development and ensures consistency.
    • Hands-on experience creating or significantly updating a design system in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Component Properties, Tokens).
    • Confident use of Figma:

    Position Summary

    Integrate marketing into Streamline’s field operations. Turn real project execution into measurable visibility, inbound demand, and market credibility—for both client acquisition and subcontractor partnerships.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Operations-First Marketing

    • Partner with Operations and field supervisors to capture real-time project documentation (data, photos, video)
    • Build repeatable processes for field content collection and quality control
    • Translate operational execution into factual, credible marketing assets

    Content & Proof Execution

    • Produce and publish case studies, LinkedIn posts, short-form video, and photo documentation
    • Maintain consistent content cadence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry platforms
    • Build and manage a structured library of proof assets (projects, certifications, capabilities)

    Website & Lead Generation

    • Own website updates: service pages, case studies, project portfolios
    • Build and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms (clients and subcontractors)
    • Ensure CRM integration and proper lead routing for sales follow-up

    CRM, AI & Automation

    • Manage CRM pipeline hygiene and lead capture workflows
    • Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and structuring
    • Support marketing automation setup and performance reporting

    Coordination & Execution Ownership

    • Coordinate external contractors (design, video, copywriting)
    • Manage or coordinate PR and content specialists as needed
    • Ensure all execution aligns with strategic marketing priorities and business objectives

     

    Profile We’re Looking For

    Experience & Background

    • 3–5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience
    • Proven track record in operations-heavy, field services, or industrial B2B businesses (telecom, construction, utilities, logistics — a plus)
    • Experience managing content production, CRM workflows, and cross-functional execution

    Technical Capabilities

    • Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
    • Proficient with AI tools for content and automation
    • Basic understanding of marketing automation and lead capture systems

    Mindset & Work Style

    • High ownership and execution-driven
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment
    • Pragmatic problem-solver who gets things done without waiting for perfect conditions

    Language

    • Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
