We are looking for an exceptional Senior B2B Appointment Setter / (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking experienced professionals who have a proven history of generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and cold calling.

If you consistently exceed targets, are confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers, and have documented success in previous B2B sales roles, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls.
• Qualify business prospects and schedule high-quality demos for Account Executives.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates.
• Maintain detailed CRM records, call notes, and appointment tracking.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.

   

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience.
• Demonstrated success in consistently booking qualified sales meetings.
• Exceptional English communication skills  Candidates must sound fluent and professional on the phone.
• Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRMs, dialers, and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours (EST, CST, or PST).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Highly organized, disciplined, and performance-driven.

   

Proof of Performance (Required) : 

Because this is a senior sales position, applicants must be able to demonstrate previous success.

Preference will be given to candidates who can provide one or more of the following:

• Performance reports or KPIs from previous employers.
• Manager or supervisor references.
• A verification email from a previous employer confirming the candidate's performance, results, or achievements is highly preferred.
