We are looking for IT Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:
▪️ 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment;
▪️ Experience with IT positions;
▪️ Knowledge of English (B2 and higher);
▪️ Proven success in recruiting and filling Middle/Senior/Lead/Architect positions;
▪️ Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
▪️ Experience with advanced recruitment tools;
▪️ Experience with negotiations processes;

Responsibilities:
▪️ Recruitment process owner and manage recruitment operations;
▪️ Deliver a smooth recruitment process and presenting strong candidates to the teams;
▪️ Full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, offer negotiations; work with objections;
▪️ Taking part in Employer Branding activities;
▪️ Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the best fit for the role;
