    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
    • Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and on-page elements for search engines.
    • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve website performance.
    • Build and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
    • Develop and optimize content strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and career-related articles.
    • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
    • Track and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Work with social media and YouTube teams to optimize video content, ensure best practices for video SEO, and enhance engagement across platforms.

      Requirements:
    • At least 2 years experience in SEO
    • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and ranking factors.
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
    • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
    • Experience in managing and optimizing content for social media and YouTube SEO.
    • Understanding of video SEO techniques, including metadata, tagging, and keyword optimization for YouTube.

      Will be a plus:
    • Experience promoting projects in various regions: English speaking countries or European region
    • Experience working in outsourcing, outstaffing or recruitment niches
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
    • Experience with website CMS platforms ( Webflow).
