🤩 Progresivo Academy is an innovative online digital marketing academy operating in the LATAM market. We train future professionals, help them grow, and build a strong community. We're looking for a Middle SMM Manager + Content Creator who can both think strategically and create content with their own hands — from planning funnels to shooting and editing the final reel.

🎯 Your main tasks

Strategy & planning

Building and executing the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook — content pillars, funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), posting calendar

Planning content around business goals: awareness, lead generation, conversion

Tracking performance metrics and adjusting the strategy based on results

Coordinating content plans with the marketing/sales funnel

Content creation

Shooting and editing video content: reels, stories, short educational videos

Creating "live" content that reflects the academy's culture: student stories, behind-the-scenes, results, motivational content

Producing visuals and copy aligned with the brand's tone of voice: friendly, professional, modern

Staying on top of trends and adapting them to the brand

Community management

Managing and moderating the academy's WhatsApp community: daily engagement, answering questions, keeping the group active

Planning and posting recurring community content (tips, discussions, polls, motivational prompts)

Identifying and nurturing engaged members for referrals and sales handoff

Fluent Spanish

Proven experience in both SMM strategy (planning, funnels, content calendars) and hands-on content production (filming, editing)

Strong sense of what performs on social media — trends, hooks, pacing

Ability to work independently, organize your own time in a remote format
