Amazon FBA Supply Chain Manager

We are a manufacturing company with our own production facility in Mexico, producing casual footwear similar to Crocs.

As we expand into the US market through Amazon, we are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Logistics Manager who can build and manage the entire supply chain from our factory in Mexico to Amazon fulfillment centers across the United States.

We are looking for someone with recent, hands-on experience in Amazon FBA logistics who understands Amazon's fulfillment network, marketplace requirements, and knows how to optimize import operations, warehousing, and transportation.

Responsibilities

1. Build and optimize the end-to-end supply chain from Mexico to Amazon FBA warehouses in the US.

2. Manage international import and export operations.

Plan and coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.

3. Select the most cost-effective Amazon fulfillment centers for inventory placement.

4. Analyze storage, transportation, and inventory allocation costs across Amazon's warehouse network.

5. Work with international carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

6. Source reliable transportation providers and negotiate competitive shipping rates.

7. Monitor and coordinate deliveries to Amazon fulfillment centers.

8. Optimize logistics and transportation costs.

9. Manage international shipping documentation and customs-related paperwork.

10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of Amazon warehouses.

11. Collaborate with the manufacturing, sales, and Amazon operations teams.

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience managing logistics for Amazon FBA.

2. Current or recent experience working for Amazon or, preferably, for a company actively selling products through Amazon.

3. Proven experience building and managing international supply chains to the US.

4. Experience importing goods into the US.

5. Strong understanding of Amazon's fulfillment center network and inbound logistics processes.

6. Experience selecting the most efficient fulfillment centers based on storage, transportation, and operational costs.

7. Experience working with international carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

8. Strong understanding of shipping rates, transportation costs, and logistics optimization.

9. Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.

10. English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

1. Experience managing shipments from Mexico.

2. Experience launching new brands on Amazon.

3. Experience with footwear, apparel, or other consumer products.

4. Experience using Amazon Seller Central.
