Product Manager/Product Lead (iGaming Slots)

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Product Manager to lead the development and success of our iGaming slot portfolio. You will own the product vision from concept to launch, working closely with business stakeholders, sponsors, designers, mathematicians, artists, developers, and casino operators to create engaging and commercially successful slot games.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the iGaming market, slot mechanics, player behavior, and the game development lifecycle, combining market insight with data-driven decision making.

What You'll Do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and game concepts for new slot titles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to define game mechanics, themes, and visual direction.
• Align product priorities with executive strategy by maintaining regular communication with Sponsors, the CEO, and senior stakeholders
• Work closely with Game Production and Commercial teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on market trends, business goals, player feedback, and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor game performance using analytics, tracking KPIs such as GGR, Bet Count, RTP, Retention, Session Length, and Feature Engagement, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Partner with Casino Managers and Commercial teams to gather market feedback, align product strategy with operator needs, and maximize game performance.
• Present upcoming and released games to casino operators, aggregators, and strategic partners, showcasing game features and commercial value.
• Prepare and deliver regular product updates, roadmap reviews, and KPI reports to Sponsors and the CEO, highlighting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, volatility, player psychology, and monetization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for creating engaging, innovative, and commercially successful slot games.
