Slot Game Designer (iGaming)

We are looking for a creative and passionate Slot Game Designer to join our team and help build engaging, high-performing slot games enjoyed by players worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Design slot game concepts from idea to release.
• Create engaging game mechanics, bonus features, progression systems, and player flows.
• Prepare clear Game Design Documents (GDDs), feature specifications, and gameplay documentation.
• Work closely with Product Managers to define game themes, target audiences, and unique game concepts.
• Collaborate with Mathematicians to ensure mechanics align with RTP, volatility, and the desired player experience.
• Partner with Artists, Animators, Sound Designers, and Developers to bring game ideas to life.
• Balance gameplay while considering player engagement, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and player behavior to develop fresh game ideas.
• Review game implementations throughout development to ensure the final product matches the original vision.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of slot mechanics, including paylines, cascades, clusters, free spins, bonus features, RTP, volatility, and player engagement.
• Experience creating Game Design Documents and gameplay specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for creating entertaining and commercially successful games.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and launching successful slot games.
• Understanding of slot mathematics and experience working alongside game mathematicians.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, onboarding, and player retention mechanics.
• Familiarity with certification processes and regulated gaming markets.
• Genuine interest in industry trends and innovative slot mechanics.
