• Регулярне звітування перед зовнішніми робочими групами (військовими підрозділами). 
• Комунікація з зовнішніми вендорами та координація передачі рішень у бойову експлуатацію. 
• Фіксація результатів бойового застосування та передача фідбеку в аналітичний напрямок і R&D. 
• Формування типових військових інтеграційних кейсів на основі реалізованих впроваджень. 
• Синхронізація з суміжними напрямками для підготовки документації, навчання підрозділів та передачі рішень на саппорт. 
• Опис і стандартизація кейсів для подальшого масштабування. 

Необхідні навички та досвід: 

• 2–4+ роки досвіду в проєктному менеджменті (бажано у сферах hardware / telecom / defense / UAV). 
• Досвід координації крос-функціональних команд (інженери, продукт, саппорт, партнери). 
• Розуміння життєвого циклу продукту — від розробки до експлуатації. 
• Досвід комунікації з військовими підрозділами. 
• Вміння структурувати складні процеси та працювати з багатьма стейкхолдерами одночасно. 
• Системність, відповідальність, навички управління ризиками.

Про роль

Шукаємо Senior / Lead Product Designer, який візьме на себе відповідальність за повний цикл дизайну та користувацький досвід усіх наших продуктів. Це поєднання hands-on роботи (UX, UI, прототипи, системність) та лідерства (ownership, ухвалення рішень, взаємодія з продактами й розробниками).

Вимоги та кваліфікації

• 5+ років досвіду у продуктовому дизайні (рівень Senior; можливий Lead)
• Обовʼязкове портфоліо з реальними кейсами та релізнутими продуктами
• Досвід роботи з web / desktop / mobile (Android) продуктами
• Досвід покриття повного дизайн-процесу: від дослідження до супроводу розробки
• Впевнене володіння Figma
• Досвід створення та розвитку дизайн-систем
• Розуміння мультиплатформеності та вміння забезпечувати цілісний UX між платформами
• Finisher-підхід: вміння доводити рішення до готовності, здавати в розробку та супроводжувати реалізацію (від великих напрямів до дрібних задач)
• Англійська мова — рівень Intermediate+ (робота з документацією англійською)
• Готовність працювати з офісу у Львові (remote формат не розглядається)

Чим ви будете займатись?

• Формування UX-візії та ключових дизайн-рішень для desktop, Android та web-based продуктів
• Покриття повного циклу дизайну: дослідження / виявлення потреб → дизайн рішення → перевірка → передача в розробку → підтримка dev-команди
• Створення прототипів, wireframes, UI-дизайну для різних платформ
• Робота за принципом швидких ітерацій: швидко ухвалювати рішення, тестувати та покращувати
• Проведення досліджень, тестування гіпотез та збір фідбеку (є доступ до кінцевих користувачів)
• Підтримка та розвиток дизайн-системи, забезпечення цілісності продуктового досвіду в межах всієї екосистеми
• Якісна передача дизайну в розробку та подальший супровід імплементації
• Тісна взаємодія з інженерами, продактами та іншими підрозділами: узгодження обмежень, компромісів і пріоритетів
