IT Warehouse and Asset Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and motivated IT Warehouse & Asset Specialist, who will work in a fast-paced environment of a growing DefTech company. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage IT warehouse operations and physical stock of equipment 
• Receive, store, and issue IT hardware according to established procedures 
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse stock 
• Process equipment write-offs and prepare assets for disposal 
• Coordinate transfer of faulty equipment to service centers and track repair status 
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of IT assets in the warehouse 

Requirements: 

• Experience in warehouse operations or stockroom management (IT background preferred) 
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and documentation practices 
• Ability to work with asset tracking or warehouse management systems 
• Physical ability to handle and move IT equipment 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with ITSM platforms 
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems 
• ITIL Foundation certification
