What You’ll Own

• Planning and executing paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook (Meta) for Gambling in a policy-compliant way.
• Working across iOS, PWA and Android flows.
• Building, testing and scaling bundles including angles, creatives, pre-landers, landers and funnels.
• Optimizing campaigns against CPA/FTD, ROAS, CTR, CVR and payback targets.
• Running structured A/B and multivariate testing.
• Managing and pacing $30k+ monthly budgets with clear caps, rules and daily P&L control.
• Setting up and maintaining tracking in Keitaro and/or Binom.
• Ensuring clean attribution and reliable campaign reporting.
• Analysing cohorts and GEO/channel performance.
• Making daily scale/kill decisions based on data.
• Working closely with Design on static, motion and UGC creatives.
• Collaborating with CRM on retargeting initiatives.
• Working with Product and BI on dashboards, reporting and performance insights.

• Has hands-on Tier-1 experience, with Canada (CA) being a must.

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Content Editor who is equal parts editor and creator. You'll turn briefs and raw footage, think founder-led videos, recipe/product demos, and brand shoots, into polished, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. But just as important: you live on TikTok, you know what's trending before it peaks, and you bring us your own ideas rather than waiting for a brief. Half the job is the cut, the other half is knowing what to cut in the first place.

What You'll Do

Content ideation & strategy

• Come up with original short-form content ideas and concepts for each brand, proactively, not just in response to a brief
• Track TikTok/Reels/Pinterest trends, sounds, formats, and challenges daily, and pitch which ones are worth pursuing for each brand
• Translate trending formats into ideas that fit each brand's voice, rather than posting generic templates
• Help shape the content calendar by bringing ideas to the table, not just filling slots handed to you

Editing

• Assemble short-form videos from creative briefs and existing footage (founder content, recipe/product videos, brand shoots, raw B-roll)
• Edit and format content natively for each platform: Reels, TikTok, Pinterest Idea Pins/static, YouTube Shorts (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, hooks)
• Add captions, sound, text overlays, and basic motion graphics to match each brand's style

Cross-brand execution

• Maintain a consistent posting cadence across all three brands and four platforms
• Work closely with the founders and team to source raw footage (recipe shoots, behind-the-scenes, founder talking-head content) and turn it into finished content
• Monitor content performance and use what's working (and what isn't) to inform your next round of ideas

What We're Looking For

• A portfolio of short-form video work you can share, ideally including pieces where you drove the concept, not just the edit
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
• Genuine, current fluency in TikTok/Reels culture, trends, and formats, not just editing skill in a vacuum
• A habit of generating content ideas, not just responding to briefs
• Comfortable working from messy raw footage + a loose brief to a finished, on-brand video Able to adapt tone/style across multiple brands without them blurring together
• Bonus: Pinterest content experience, basic motion graphics/design skills, caption/copywriting instincts, food/recipe content experience

Що потрібно буде робити

• Планувати, запускати та масштабувати рекламні кампанії в Google UAC.
• Працювати з бюджетами від $50 000+ на місяць та утримувати цільові показники CPA.
• Проводити A/B тестування креативів, гіпотез, підходів та рекламних повідомлень.
• Аналізувати та сегментувати аудиторії для підвищення якості трафіку та окупності рекламних кампаній.
• Знаходити та масштабувати прибуткові зв’язки на різних GEO та ринках Tier 1/2/3.
• Працювати зі слотами та crash-напрямом.
• Вести звітність та аналізувати результати через трекери й аналітичні інструменти.
• Постійно шукати нові точки зростання та можливості для масштабування.

Обов’язковий досвід

• Від 2 років досвіду в Media Buying у вертикалях iGaming або Crypto.
• Підтверджений особистий спенд від $50 000 на місяць (від $2 000 daily spend).
• Розуміння специфіки гемблінг-оферів, слотів та crash-продуктів або готовність швидко зануритися у вертикаль.
• Досвід роботи з PWA, WebView Android та WebView iOS.
• Впевнене володіння трекерами Keitaro, Binom або аналогами.
• Досвід роботи з антидетект-браузерами та відповідною інфраструктурою.
• Просунутий рівень роботи з Google Sheets.

Обов'язки:

• Запуск, ведення та оптимізація рекламних кампаній у Facebook
• Робота з рекламними креативами (створення, тестування, оптимізація)
• Аналіз трафіку через Keitaro або інші трекінгові системи
• Щоденний контроль ключових метрик: CPM, CTR, CPA, Cost
• Масштабування ефективних рекламних звʼязок
• Робота з агентськими рекламними акаунтами
   

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи Media Buyerʼом від 6 місяців (Facebook — обовʼязково)
• Практичний досвід роботи з трекінговими системами
• Досвід ведення рекламних бюджетів від $50 000+/місяць
• Досвід роботи з performance-проєктами або subscription-моделями
• Розуміння повного циклу роботи з трафіком
