🚀 About the role

We are looking for an E-commerce SMM Lead with must-have experience in physical products, the US market, hands-on content publishing, UGC, funnels, chatbots/ManyChat, and social traffic to Amazon or e-commerce product pages.

In this role, you will build and lead the brand’s social media presence across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will be responsible for developing the SMM strategy, shaping the brand’s positioning, and connecting marketing goals with our internal Production Department — a “content factory” that includes a creative manager and a team of around 15 creators.

This role is a great fit for someone who combines creative thinking, strong understanding of US social media trends, e-commerce mindset, and data-driven decision-making.

🔍 Requirements

✅ 2–3+ years of experience as an SMM Lead / Senior SMM / Social Media Manager in e-commerce projects.
✅ Must-have experience with physical products and e-commerce brands.
✅ Hands-on experience with the US market: content, audience behavior, trends, and platform specifics.
✅ Experience with Amazon brands will be a strong advantage.
✅ Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content mechanics.
✅ Experience not only with strategy, but also with regular content publishing, content calendar management, and day-to-day SMM execution.

❇️ Develop and implement the brand’s SMM strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

❇️ Analyze competitors, niche leaders, US e-commerce brands, and current Western trends.
❇️ Adapt the strategy to physical products, the US audience, and e-commerce growth goals.

🎬 Creative direction and UGC content

❇️ Work closely with the internal Production Department, creative manager, and creator team.
❇️ Generate ideas, develop content angles, hooks, scenarios, and clear briefs for creators.
❇️ Review, select, and approve UGC content before publication.
❇️ Ensure content matches the brand’s visual standards, Tone of Voice, and marketing goals.
❇️ Adapt ideas for different formats: Reels, TikToks, Shorts, stories, and posts.
❇️ Evaluate content based on visual quality, engagement, trust, traffic potential, and purchase intent.

🤖 Technical SMM, funnels, and automation

❇️ Understand account setup, warm-up, platform limitations, and basic technical SMM processes.
❇️ Understand funnels, flows, chatbot logic, and audience warm-up mechanics.
❇️ Work with or guide chatbot flows, automated messages, and user journeys from content to target action.
❇️ Understand ManyChat or similar tools used for social media funnels and automated communication.
❇️ Collaborate with technical/operational specialists when setup, automation, or funnel implementation is needed.
❇️ Understand shadowban risks, account restrictions, and basic prevention / recovery logic.
