Що буде у зоні відповідальності

• Ongoing-супровід клієнтів та розвиток партнерських відносин;
• Координація та контроль реалізації медіа-кампаній;
• Підготовка регулярної звітності:
  • weekly/monthly reports;
  • EOC (End of Campaign) reports;
  • post-mortem аналітики;
• Ведення Client Profile;
• Глибокий аналіз бізнес-потреб клієнтів;
• Пошук можливостей для upsell та збільшення медіа-інвестицій;
• Комунікація з внутрішніми командами для реалізації кампаній;
• Робота з аналітикою та performance-метриками.

Що для нас важливо

• 3+ роки досвіду в Digital Account Management;
• Досвід роботи з:
  • Google Ads (Search / Display / YouTube);

Про наш процес найму

Процес найму відбувається в декілька етапів (онлайн, зазвичай в Google-meet):

— первинна співбесіда з HR-менеджером;

— співбесіда з керівником;

— прийняття рішення: отримання офера та узгодження дати початку.

Так, цей процесс може зайняти 1-1,5 тижні, ми ретельно підбираємо кожного члена команди, адже налаштовані на довгострокову співпрацю і не шукаємо людину на 2-3 чи 4 місяці.

Супровідний лист та вказані в ньому фінансові очікування — обов’язкові елементи відгуку. Так я зокрема розумію, що ти прочитав вакансію.

Про колектив
