What We Are Looking For:- 1 year experience in this position;
- Level of English language at least B1;
- Experience in A/B-testing process;
- Understanding of both UX and UI parts (components);
- Knowledge of Agile and ability to adapt processes to business needs;
- Planning and task decomposition skills, deadline assessment;
- Analytical thinking, personality structure, risks assessment skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of work with the developers of the platform, which will provide the company with a whitelable solution;
- Development and A/B testing of landing pages, optimization of their conversion;
- Management of the process of developing internal mini-services for data analytics and providing some technical functionalities;
- Team management: meetings, planning, sprint review;
- Backlog management;
- Statistics analytics and finding ways to improve key metrics.
