🎯 Role Overview:
As a Payment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, testing, and maintenance of payment providers across global markets. You will work closely with Technical, Finance, and Support teams to coordinate new launches, manage configuration limits, and resolve processing issues. The role requires a proactive approach to managing payment flows, helping ensure high platform uptime and smooth day-to-day operations.

⚙️ Your Tasks:

• Set up, configure, and fine-tune payment providers in admin panels (including initial settings, credentials, and brand-level configurations);
• Maintain and regularly update the internal payment knowledge base (GEO coverage, available methods, limits, currencies, and specific provider rules);
• Perform quality testing of integrated payment methods and payment flows, providing sign-off on technical integrations;
• Set up new brands and markets, ensuring correct payment configurations per GEO;
• Manage access rights for internal teams within payment systems and admin panels;
• Coordinate closely with support, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day payment operations;

• Promptly inform support and product teams about any payment-related changes, temporary shutdowns, new launches, or provider-specific limitations.

   

👤 Our Criteria:

• 1+ years of experience in iGaming payments operations, PSP onboarding, or similar roles;
• Hands-on experience with PSP admin panels and payment orchestration platforms (e.g., PIQ, PayAdmit, or similar);
• Solid understanding of payment flows, routing, and the transaction lifecycle;
• Experience working across multiple brands and GEOs;
• High attention to detail to ensure error-free configuration of limits and settings;
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams;

• Upper-intermediate or higher English (written and spoken).

Your role
We are looking for a Treasury & Financial Operations Manager to join the Entravel team. You will manage day-to-day treasury operations, payments, and bank relationships, while also handling intragroup payment calculations, working capital monitoring, and counterparty risk tracking across our group entities. You will work closely with the CFO and external financial partners to optimize cash management and improve financial processes supporting our global hotel booking platform.

Core responsibilities

1. Treasury management

• Act as point of contact for financial institutions on incoming transfer matters (e.g. Revolut forms and related administration);
• Support documentation requests for compliance procedures.

2. Intragroup payments and calculations

• Manage and calculate intragroup/intercompany payments across group entities;

• Maintain accuracy and consistency of intercompany calculations in line with existing fee logic (IP fee, supplier-contract booking fees).

   

3. Working capital monitoring

• Support the CFO in monitoring working capital positions across the group;
• Assist with tracking exposure, cash timing, and related reporting.

4. Counterparty risk monitoring

• Support the CFO in monitoring counterparty risk (e.g. supplier/API partner behaviour, exposure concentration);
• Flag anomalies or risk indicators for CFO review.

Explicitly out of scope: Billing/invoicing remains a separate financial process and is not part of this role.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or similar within a multi-jurisdictional or fintech/traveltech environment preferred;
• Comfortable working with intercompany structures and calculations;
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and proactively flag issues rather than waiting to be asked;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with the ability to communicate and write fluently in English (our CFO is English-speaking);
• Analytical thinking: ability to analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement;
• Strong communication skills, including handling sensitive financial communications with professionalism and diplomacy;

Ця роль — операційний хребет системи управління холдингом. Ти будеш єдиною точкою відповідальності за те, щоб борди працювали як інструмент стратегічних рішень, а не як театр звітності. Твоє завдання — зробити процеси бордів стандартизованими, прозорими та ефективними для всіх портфельних компаній.
 

Твої задачі:
 

• Координувати підготовку квартальних бордів усіх портфельних компаній: дедлайни, формати, пре-скрінінг матеріалів;
• Рецензувати борд-декки до того, як вони потрапляють до CEO холдингу — повертати на доопрацювання, якщо не відповідають стандарту;
• Формувати адженду кожного борду разом із COO холдингу;
• Вести фолоуап після борду: фіксувати рішення, власників, дедлайни;
• Будувати та підтримувати трекінг-систему виконання рішень із видимістю для топ-менеджменту;
• Підтримувати єдині стандарти документації та звітності по всьому портфелю.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

• 4+ роки досвіду в ролях Chief of Staff, Advisory Manager (Strategy & Operations), Investment Manager/Analyst у tech/SaaS/PE середовищі;
• Досвід підготовки та координації стратегічних матеріалів для борду/інвесторів/ інвестиційного комітету або топкерівництва — обов’язково.
• Досвід аналізу інвестиційної привабливості бізнесів / проєктів.
• Впевнене читання фінансових звітів (P&L, cash flow, unit economics);
• Досвід управління процесами в multi-stakeholder середовищі;
• Критичне мислення та здатність давати зворотний зв’язок керівникам бізнесів;
• Англійська B2+.

How you can specifically impact the company’s development:
Tax Strategy & Structuring
• develop and maintain the Group’s tax strategy in line with business goals, corporate structure, and international expansion plans.
• advise the CFO and senior leadership on tax implications of strategic initiatives, new markets, new products, corporate transactions, and operating models.
• support tax structuring for the Group, including intercompany arrangements, cross-border flows, transfer pricing, and operating company setup.
• identify tax optimization opportunities while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• assess tax risks related to new business initiatives and propose practical mitigation options.

Tax Compliance & Reporting
• ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and filing across relevant jurisdictions.
• coordinate preparation and submission of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, payroll-related tax, and other applicable tax returns.
• monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the Group’s operations.
• maintain proper documentation to support tax positions, intercompany transactions, and regulatory requirements.
• ensure readiness for tax audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.

International Tax & Transfer Pricing
• manage transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany agreements.
• support the development of tax-efficient and compliant models for international operations.
• work with external advisors in foreign jurisdictions to ensure local tax compliance and proper structuring.
• assess permanent establishment, withholding tax, VAT/GST, and substance-related risks in new and existing markets.

Business Partnership
• act as the key tax advisor to Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• provide tax input for contracts, partnerships, vendor/client models, market launches, and new revenue streams.
• translate complex tax matters into clear business recommendations.
• build internal processes that allow the business to receive timely tax advice without slowing down execution.

Processes, Controls & External Advisors
• design and improve internal tax processes, controls, calendars, and documentation workflows.
• manage cooperation with external tax consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.
• own tax audit preparation and communication with tax authorities, where applicable.
• establish scalable tax policies and procedures for the Group.
• support finance transformation initiatives, automation, and reporting improvements from a tax perspective.

To achieve results, you will need:
• 7+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally in a fast-growing company, international group, Big 4, consulting, or a combination of corporate and advisory roles.
• strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and international tax principles.
• experience with tax structuring, cross-border transactions, intercompany arrangements, and tax risk assessment
• hands-on experience with tax compliance, reporting, audits, and communication with tax authorities
• experience working with external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
