Finance Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Specialist with a strong accounting & treasury background to own core finance operations, improve processes, and grow into a broader Finance scope.

What you’ll do

Accounting & Record-Keeping

• Own day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks across statutory and management records, including AP/AR, bank transactions, accruals and prepayments.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and keep records complete and ready for monthly close.
• Coordinate accounting data with external providers and investigate differences between statutory and management records.
• Support monthly management reporting and improve the quality and timeliness of accounting data.
   

Treasury & Payments

• Own day-to-day payments across banks, EMIs and payment platforms, including payment requests, approvals and status tracking.
• Monitor cash balances, maintain payment records, and resolve failed, returned or unmatched transactions.
• Open and maintain bank/EMI accounts and handle operational, KYC/KYB and compliance requests.
   

Revenue & PSP Controlling

• Own revenue and related fee reconciliation for PSPs, including settlements, fees, refunds/chargebacks and cash receipts.
• Investigate discrepancies and improve or automate recurring reconciliation controls.
   

About you

• 3+ years in Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations or a similar hands-on finance role.
• Solid accounting foundation: accruals, AP/AR, journal entries and the relationship between P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Hands-on experience with month-end processes, reconciliations, ERP/accounting systems and payment operations.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to independently investigate discrepancies.
• Ownership mindset: you question how processes work and look for ways to improve them.
• Comfortable with multiple entities, currencies and processes that are still being built; English B1+.
   

Nice to have

• QuickBooks/Xero and Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Business, Wise, Payoneer or other PSP/EMI experience.
• Exposure to management reporting, budgeting or financial analysis.
• International/multi-entity accounting, KYC/AML, or finance process automation experience.
