Softsich is an international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Payment Integration Manager who’s ready to grow with us and shape high-load, data-driven solutions used by international partners.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payment integrations, including PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, e-wallets, and card processing.
• Hands-on experience with PayAdmit as a payment orchestration platform.
• Experience configuring payment routing, cascading, and transaction processing logic.
• Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle, decline reasons, and payment performance optimization techniques.
• Experience managing payment flows in high-load systems.
• Ability to analyze key payment performance metrics, including Approval Rate (AR), conversion rates, and payment decline reasons.
• Experience working with payment dashboards and merchant panels.
• High level of responsibility, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of cross-functional team collaboration processes and payment workflow statuses.

Responsibilities

• Full technical setup and optimization of Approval Rate (AR) for assigned Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment methods, and geographic regions.
• Management of payment flows through PayAdmit or an internal administration panel.
• Design and optimization of payment routing logic to improve transaction approval rates.
• Configuration and enhancement of cascading, retry, and fallback strategies.
• Conducting A/B testing of payment scenarios to improve business performance metrics.
• Monitoring transaction performance, system stability, and key payment KPIs.
• Analyzing Approval Rate declines and resolving issues at the configuration level.
• Coordinating the launch of new PSPs, payment methods, currencies, limits, and geographic markets in collaboration with technical teams and external partners.
• Working closely with Development, Finance, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure uninterrupted operation of the payment infrastructure.
• Acting as the technical owner of payment orchestration processes within the assigned area of responsibility.

At Automat-it, we help companies take control of their cloud costs, and we’re looking for a FinOps Analyst who will join our team. This is an opportunity to step into one of the most in-demand areas of cloud technology and work with innovative customers, helping them make smart decisions about their cloud usage. Your first month will be dedicated to learning the basics (including AWS Practitioner certification), and you’ll gradually take on more responsibility by managing customers and taking care of their complex projects from the FinOps side.

Responsibilities

• Guide our customers through AWS billing and usage data, helping them understand key insights and trends.
• Partner with customers to review their cloud consumption and highlight cost optimization opportunities.
• Use external and internal tools to guide customers, set budgets, monitor usage patterns, and detect spending anomalies.
• Turn cloud usage data into clear, actionable recommendations and follow up on the impact of those changes.
• Create and present easy-to-understand reports and dashboards

• Support the smooth onboarding of new customers into Automat-it’s FinOps services.

   

Requirements

• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn AWS cloud architecture and services
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and task management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systems
• Ability to work with data, spot trends, and draw practical conclusions
• Ability to translate reports into simple insights and actionable recommendations
• A degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or Big Data

• Understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and basic architecture concepts - an advantage

   

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• You are comfortably partnering with multiple different customers coming from different industries on their regular AWS cost optimization motions.
• You have a good understanding of AWS services, their frequent use cases and tricks to use them cost-effectively.
• You are collaborating with the DevOps department internally on implementing the optimization actions.
• You are successfully mentoring the new joiners, sharing your knowledge and assisting them in the learning process.
