    Requirements:
    β€’ 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex Salesforce environments
    β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce environments (sandboxes, production) and release management processes
    β€’ Experience working with Git branches and CI/CD pipelines (SFDX-based deployments preferred)
    β€’ Solid knowledge of metadata deployment and change management best practices
    β€’ Hands-on experience with custom fields, validation rules, and impact analysis
    β€’ Ability to assess dependencies and risks before implementing changes on heavily used objects
    β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder) and when to escalate to Apex/Triggers
    β€’ Good knowledge of Salesforce security model: profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules
    β€’ Experience working with custom settings and custom metadata for configuration management
    β€’ Strong analytical skills and structured troubleshooting approach

    Responsibilities:
    β€’ Safely manage and deploy changes from development environments to production using sandbox strategy, Git branching, and CI/CD pipelines
    β€’ Perform impact analysis before implementing changes to core objects and ensure minimal disruption to business processes
    β€’ Configure and maintain custom fields, validation rules, and automation according to business requirements
    β€’ Evaluate and choose appropriate automation tools (Flow vs existing automation vs Apex) in collaboration with developers
    β€’ Ensure proper testing, documentation, and rollback strategies for all changes
    β€’ Troubleshoot access and feature visibility issues by analyzing profiles, permission sets, and configuration settings
    β€’ Maintain system stability, data integrity, and security standards
    β€’ Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to continuously improve Salesforce processes and governance

    • Collaborating closely with various teams across the entire Wildix organization
