We are looking for a strong Technical Specialist to bring order to our Zoho ecosystem, automate cross-departmental processes, and connect Zoho with our own platform and external systems. You will be part of the engineering team, reporting to our Engineering Manager, and work closely with the CEO and department heads. This is a long-term internal role: you will own, document, and evolve the system - not a build-and-leave project. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the job.

Must have:
• Deep hands-on experience with Zoho CRM: Deluge functions, workflows, Blueprints, and the Zoho REST API.
• Experience integrating Zoho with external applications via REST API, webhooks, and OAuth - beyond native connectors.
• Practical experience designing around Zoho API limits and credits as an architectural constraint.
• Proven track record of building complex triggers, automations, and lead distribution logic.
• Ability to gather requirements independently and document as you go - there is currently no existing documentation.

Nice to have:
• Experience with other Zoho products (Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, SalesIQ, Meetings) - willingness to master the ecosystem matters more than a checklist.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.
• Experience connecting third-party CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, ReSimpli).
• Genuine interest in AI tooling and automation.

What You Will Build and Solve in the First 90 Days:
• For Sales: rewrite event and trigger logic, and fix team capacity issues (e.g., preventing 10 meetings from dropping onto a single sales representative).
• For Marketing: complete the system health check for lead routing and transfer from the CRM.
• Document the current setup as you go - you will be the first person to map it.

After that:
• For Support: automated ticket intake responses and dynamic status updates by issue type.
• For HR: configure the Zoho suite for internal HR processes.
• Integrations: connect our CRM with our clients’ systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, ReSimpli).
• Innovation: implement an AI agent to analyze and evaluate sales team calls.

A Typical Workday:
• Working from a prioritized backlog, with a weekly sync with the Engineering Manager.
• Gathering requirements and documenting scope directly with department heads.
• Configuring Zoho, testing live integrations, and performing CRM health checks.
• Clear ownership boundary: the platform code stays with the engineering team - the Zoho/CRM contour is fully yours, with direct support from engineering on the platform side.

About the client

Our client is a well-established mid-sized Swedish retailer operating physical stores, a successful e-commerce platform, and multiple online marketplaces. They sell products globally and rely on several integrated business systems to support their operations.

The company is currently undertaking a major ERP transformation, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll join an team contributing to customization, integrations, and the modernization of their ERP landscape. 

What You'll Do

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
• Collaborate with the existing NAV developers and Finance team.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing Business Central solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute with best practices.

• Work in an international, fully remote environment. This role is at least for 6 months and probably longer. Possible to work with other projects at nvrmind afterward.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and Platform solutions
• Implement and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Level Management (SLM) processes
• Develop scalable platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Analyze existing ServiceNow configurations, identify technical debt, and implement sustainable improvements

• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions with minimal supervision

• Strong JavaScript scripting skills within the ServiceNow platform

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 8+ years of commercial experience to join one of our biggest and key projects from the Canada.

Please note that this role requires regular businees trips to Toronto.

Must have

• 8+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce ( with at least 4+ years in a solution architect/ technical lead role). 
• Hands-on expertise across Force.com platform limits, Apex (triggers, batch, async), LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce DX & CI/CD
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud configuration and delivery

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and technical architecture for Salesforce implementations across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, custom Lightning apps, Marketing Cloud and integrations.
