ERP Support Consultant

Help businesses get the most from their ERP software.

We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy ERP Support Consultant to join our team. We specialise in implementing and supporting business management and accounting software, helping organisations improve efficiency and grow through technology.

What You'll Do

• Support clients with ERP system issues and queries
• Configure and maintain business software solutions
• Provide guidance and user training
• Design and modify reports
• Manage change requests and system improvements

• Work closely with our development team to deliver customer solutions

   

What We're Looking For

✅ Good written and spoken English
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
✅ Good Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Bonus Skills

• Finance, Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge
• ERP or Accounting software experience
• SQL knowledge
• Data import/export and data management experience
• Crystal Reports or other reporting tools
