Product Analyst (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with a strong iGaming background to analyze product performance, player behavior, acquisition quality, and key business metrics.

The role requires a strong understanding of both product analytics and affiliate traffic economics within Casino and/or Sportsbook.
 

Responsibilities

• Analyze key iGaming metrics: GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, Conversion, ROI, Payback
• Analyze player behavior, cohorts, segmentation and lifecycle
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities across the registration → deposit → active player funnel
• Conduct deep-dive product analysis and turn data into actionable business recommendations
• Design, evaluate and interpret A/B tests
• Analyze the impact of product changes, bonuses, promotions and new features
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting
• Analyze affiliate traffic performance by partner, source, GEO and acquisition model
• Evaluate traffic quality based on FTD, Deposits, GGR/NGR, LTV, Retention, ROI and Payback
• Analyze CPA, RevShare and Hybrid acquisition models and partner performance
• Identify high- and low-performing traffic sources and opportunities for optimization and scaling
• Work closely with Product, Affiliate, CRM and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product / Data Analytics
• Hands-on iGaming / Gambling experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of Casino and/or Sportsbook products and player behavior
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools
• Strong experience with cohort, funnel, retention and LTV analysis
• Practical experience with A/B testing
• Understanding of iGaming affiliate marketing and traffic economics
• Experience analyzing affiliate traffic and partner performance
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CAC, ROI and Payback
• Python for data analysis is a strong advantage
• Ability to translate data into clear conclusions and business recommendations
