Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a Product Analytics Lead to own and improve the way product decisions are made through data, behavioral analytics, experimentation, and user insights. You will build analytics frameworks, set standards for evaluating feature launches and A/B tests, and work closely with Product Managers, Data Science, and Analytics teams.

This role combines hands-on analytics, technical leadership, and mentoring. You will help analysts grow, improve processes, and make sure product insights turn into clear decisions and actions.
 

Job Description:

• Lead the Product Analytics direction and mentor analysts within the team;
• Evaluate product launches, new features, A/B tests, experiments, and feature rollouts;
• Define success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation logic for product changes;
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, conversion, and other key product metrics;
• Investigate changes or drops in key metrics, identify root causes, and provide clear recommendations;
• Build and improve standards for product launch evaluation, experimentation, and analytical decision-making;
• Work closely with Product Managers, Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams;
• Translate complex analytical and statistical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics;
• Strong / Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experiments, and product launch evaluation;
• Strong understanding of product metrics: funnels, retention, cohorts, LTV, conversion, and behavioral analytics;
• Solid knowledge of mathematical statistics: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample size, and statistical significance;
• Experience working in a product IT company with its own product and development team;
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar;
• Experience mentoring analysts, reviewing analytical tasks, or acting as a senior / lead expert within an analytics team;
• Strong product mindset and ability to turn analysis into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations;
• Ability to communicate complex analytical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
   

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analytics Lead / Lead Product Analyst;
• Experience in iGaming, gambling, or high-volume B2C products;
• Experience building analytics processes, standards, or experimentation frameworks;

• Experience with Python for exploratory analysis.
