• payment Provider Reconciliations, establish and streamline the regular reconciliation process for all incoming payment flows
• set up a robust, systematic routine for periodic reconciliations of payment processing data across all local financial providers and PSPs
• discrepancy analysis, achieve operational autonomy in identifying and resolving financial data mismatches
• effectively identify and resolve discrepancies between PSP reports and bank statements

To achieve results, you will need: 
• higher degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics). Having or pursuing professional certifications (ACCA / CIMA) will be a significant advantage

• 3 years of experience in corporate finance within international companies or in audit/consulting

Our client is a hospitality procurement platform that simplifies how hotels manage purchasing. Our
Supplier Partnership team connects hotel properties with the suppliers they rely on every day —

About the Role
The Supplier Enablement Specialist supports the onboarding of hotel suppliers onto the platform.
You will work closely with the Supplier Partnership team to complete internal project
tasks throughout the supplier onboarding process — from initial research and outreach through
credential validation and client's store setup. This is a detail-oriented, high-volume role that
requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously.

Key Requirements:

Ти готуватимеш фінансову звітність для юридичних осіб у різних юрисдикціях, супроводжуватимеш зовнішні аудити та будуватимеш процеси й інструменти, які зроблять цю роботу масштабованою.

Чим ти будеш займатися

Фінансова звітність та комплаєнс:

• Підготовка та контроль standalone фінансової звітності компаній.
• Контроль повноти та коректності головної книги, фінансових даних, мепінгів, трансформацій і коригувань.
• Побудова контролів процесу закриття періоду та підготовки фінансової звітності.
• Координація підготовки statutory і податкової звітності, узгодження даних між бухгалтерським, фінансовим і податковим обліком.

• Організація системи збереження та контролю повноти підтверджуючих документів для цілей проходження зовнішнього аудиту.

Розбудова та автоматизація фінансових процесів:

• Побудова й вдосконалення робочих файлів та шаблонів.

ERP та стандартизація фінансових даних:

• Участь у процесі впровадження ERP з боку команди фінансового комплаєнсу.
• Стандартизація фінансових даних: джерел даних, мастер-даних, класифікації документів, операцій та проведень.

Нам важливо, що ти

• маєш 3+ роки досвіду в аудиті або фінансовому консалтингу (Big4 або іншій міжнародній аудиторській компанії), або ж співставній in-house позиції;
• у тебе вища освіта в галузі обліку, фінансів, економіки або суміжній сфері;
