Responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research regarding contractual, corporate (including company incorporation), tax and investment (IPO, RTO, bond issuance) matters and prepare concise, business oriented and easily understandable legal memorandums

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Senior SRE) to join our dynamic engineering team.
