When ROAS drops 30% on a Tuesday morning, you’re the one who diagnoses whether it’s creative fatigue, audience saturation, or a platform delivery bug - and you fix it before anyone needs to ask.

What you’ll own

Hit and scale ROAS/MER targets per client while holding CAC and payback period within agreed thresholds
Manage daily budgets and pacing across multiple ad accounts per client
Own scaling decisions: when to push, when to pull back, how to manage learning phases

Strategic planning
Rolling 1-3 month media plans: angles, offers, campaign structure, budget allocation
Test roadmaps: creatives, audiences, placements, bid strategies - planned and executed weekly
Map full funnel TOF/MOF/BOF and ensure message match from ads through LP/PDP/app store to email/SMS

Creative analysis and guidance
Analyze creative performance using hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS to identify winners, fatiguing assets, and patterns worth iterating on
Translate data into specific, actionable briefs for the creative team: what formats to build (video, static, carousel, UGC), what angles to test, what volumes are needed, and what the priority order is
Define test mix and cadence - you decide what gets launched, how much budget it gets, and when to kill or scale
QA all creatives before launch: copy accuracy, size compliance, ad platform policy, landing page alignment

Tracking and measurement
Implement and maintain tracking: Pixel, CAPI, AEM, UTMs, GA4/GTM
For mobile app clients: configure and verify MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) attribution, set up in-app event tracking, manage postback configurations, and ensure accurate install/purchase/subscription attribution across iOS and Android
Diagnose discrepancies between ad platform reporting, MMP data, and backend numbers
Maintain clean attribution across web and app funnels

Optimization and troubleshooting
Prevent creative fatigue through proactive refresh cycles
Manage bid strategy transitions and campaign structure decisions (ASC/ABO/CBO mix, Cost Cap vs Bid Cap)
Diagnose delivery issues, attribution discrepancies, and platform anomalies
Coordinate CRO and landing page fixes when data points to post-click problems
Define stop-loss thresholds and enforce them

Reporting and visibility
Weekly client reports: campaign-level breakdowns with strategic commentary, trends, risks, forecast, and next steps
Surface risks early - don’t wait for the weekly report to flag a problem
Maintain dashboards and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into performance
Enforce Meta policy and FTC/ASA compliance across all ad content

Requirements

Must have
4-6+ years of hands-on Meta Ads buying with proven profitable scale at $200k+/month combined spend
Fluent in unit economics and forecasting: CAC, LTV, payback period, MER, contribution margin
Strong attribution knowledge: CAPI, AEM, GA4/GTM, MMP setup and troubleshooting
Proven ability to analyze creative performance data and turn it into actionable briefs and testing plans for the creative team
Experience with both DTC/e-commerce and mobile app campaigns (including app install and in-app event optimization)
Excellent English - you’ll write client-facing reports and communicate async in Slack

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination across all marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—supporting organic growth, paid acquisition, and brand visibility while ensuring all marketing efforts stay aligned with company goals.

This person will act as a “chief of staff” for marketing—bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to campaigns, timelines, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination & Execution

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing activities across organic, paid, and brand channels

Key Responsibilities
 

Own the Product Portfolio (Core Responsibility)

• Drive full P&L ownership across your portfolio — revenue, margin, and sales volume are your numbers to hit
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and profit targets
• Manage the full product lifecycle: from niche research → development → launch → scaling
• Make data-driven decisions on pricing, offers, and promotions
   

Product Launch & Growth

• Identify new product opportunities through market and competitor analysis
• Build unit economics and forecast sales (3–6 months)
• Prepare business cases for leadership
• Lead product launches end-to-end: define product specs, brief design and content, coordinate suppliers (packaging, quality), define PPC launch strategy
• Manage launch execution in Asana (timelines, ownership, delivery)
   

Optimize Existing Products

• Daily performance monitoring: sales, conversion rate, rankings, reviews, competitors
• Initiate and run A/B tests (main image, content, offers)
• Analyze returns and customer feedback → identify root causes
• Drive product improvements (packaging, inserts, UX, instructions)
• Improve key metrics: conversion rate, AOV, return rate
   

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Set tasks and ensure quality across: designers, copywriters, PPC specialists
• Align with supply chain on stock, forecasts, and quality
• Collaborate with Amazon & Shopify channel leads on growth strategy
• Report weekly to leadership: performance, gaps, action plan

What We Expect from You
 

Must-have

• 3+ years in e-commerce in-house (brand or seller side): Amazon US required, Shopify is a plus
• Proven personal ownership of P&L for a product or portfolio — you know your numbers and can explain every decision behind them
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing, and forecasting
• Deep knowledge of Amazon ecosystem: PPC (Sponsored Products / Brands / Display), SEO, A+ Content, rankings, reviews, Buy Box
• Experience with analytical tools: Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard, etc.

About the project

We develop embedded communication systems based on STM32 platforms. The work is hands-on and covers the full cycle - from writing and optimizing firmware to measuring signals in the lab and collaborating directly with hardware engineers. What you'll be doing

• Developing and optimizing firmware for STM32-based systems
• Implementing and validating communication algorithms, including OFDM
• Integrating and testing ADC/DAC functionality
• Running signal measurements and analysis using lab equipment

What we're looking for

• Solid C programming experience for microcontrollers, specifically STM32G4 series (STM32G484 is a plus)
